General Hospital Spoilers: Uncover The Mystery Behind Ryan Paevey’s Movie, Filming In September-What’s The Hidden Clue In The Photo?

General Hospital spoilers and updates reveal Ryan Paevey (Nathan West and Cassius Faison) is filming a new movie this September, now that he has some time off from the ABC soap.

He shared a photo on his Instagram account and gave fans a mystery to solve-what’s the hidden clue in the photo?

Ryan Paevey Played Two Characters On The ABC Soap

GH fans know that Paevey played two characters on the ABC soap, seven  years apart, with Nathan dying of a gunshot wound delivered by his birth father, Cesar Faison (Anders Hove) in 2018.

Then, mysteriously, “Nathan” returned in 2025, missing seven years of history in his memories; later to be revealed as a heretofore unknown identical twin named Cassius Faison.

In between those two time periods, Paevey had a small role on an ABC police comedy for a very short time-he left General Hospital for primetime, but it didn’t work out!

Then he was picked up by Hallmark and had a very successful run as Donovan Darcy in a slew of movies; he hasn’t stated who he’s making this one for.

This is an upcoming one he’ll start working on in September, so we’re not sure if he’s talking about  “Christmas at Moose Lake” which is currently filming, according to IMDB.

Viewers Were Riveted By The Intense Shootout On Spoon Island

Earlier this month, viewers were kept in suspense during the intense shootout at the docks. Initially, it was believed that Cassius had succumbed to a gunshot wound near his heart, inflicted by Ross Cullum (Andrew Hawkes).

However, it was later disclosed that he had survived and was in the custody of the WSB, with Z (John Oliver) giving him a choice between prison and working for him.

With his character’s storyline currently paused, Ryan Paevey has found some time to pursue other projects and recently shared that he’s working on something festive.

As for his character in Port Charles, there’s been no update on whether Cassius will return soon, but since people rarely stay hidden for long, we can only hope to see Paevey back on our screens eventually.

Ryan Shared A Photo From The New Movie On His Instagram Story

The ABC soap and Hallmark Movies favorite, who first won our hearts as Nathan West, shared a photo from Justice & Ponder, Inc. on his Instagram story to announce that he will be filming a new movie this September.

He captioned it, “Can’t tell you anything else yet except there’s one clue hiding in this photo;” the image featured the actor along with several hints about his upcoming project.

Notably, a Christmas song was playing in the background, and Christmas lights on a tree were visible in the distance, suggesting that Paevey will be starring in a new holiday feature.
