So it looks like the American Dream truly might be over for these two. Of course, we are talking about Prince Harry and Meghan Markle as there’s a new report that suggests their move to Europe might finally be in motion.

And by that, we mean their full-time move back to the continent. There’s heavy speculation suggesting that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex are looking to make their vacation home in Portugal their new home base just so they can take on more engagements and maybe tours throughout Europe.

After all, Meghan herself recently shared several photos of her family’s summer vacation and while she didn’t add a location, many eagle-eyed fans noticed right away that it looks like she and Harry, along with their two children, Archie and Lilibet, spent a lot of their time in Portugal.

For a lot of royal fans who have been paying attention to the couple recently, this does make a lot of sense. After all, the Duke of Sussex has made it clear on many occasions that he is absolutely homesick for the UK.

But at the same time though, Meghan wants nothing to do with London, nor does she want to step foot on British soil if she doesn’t have to.

That’s why having a home in Portugal makes sense for the couple, as they can spend time in Europe without having to go to the UK.

Prince Harry, meanwhile, can fly back home at any time and with the flight being as short and convenient as it is, he can have both his home and his family close by.

What’s Next For The Sussexes?

Now, whether or not Prince Harry and Meghan Markle do make the ultimate move to Europe remains to be seen, but seeing how they are spending more and more time on the old continent, no one would be surprised if he did.

So far Buckingham Palace has not made any comments about the matter, although at this point it’s doubtful that anything will be said. Watch this space as we have a feeling there is so much more to come.
