For years, Lacey Chabert has remained one of our favorite Hallmark stars, with her repertoire growing everyday. While we’ve seen her in some travel movies – ‘Love, Romance and Chocolate,’ anyone? – ‘Paris Is Always a Good Idea’ will see her traversing across France and Spain in search of love. Ooohhh.

What We Know About Lacey Chabert’s Future Success In the Movie Industry

Earlier this year, Hallmark suavely got fans pumped up for Chabert’s new show by dropping sweet hints here and there.
“Passport? ✔️. Paris? ✔️. Romance? Always. 💌🇫🇷,” Hallmark shared on their socials. “Travel across Europe with @thereallacey in #ParisIsAlwaysAGoodIdea, coming later this year, exclusively on Hallmark+❣️.”

Fans were ecstatic over this announcement, with one writing, “Lacey and Paris? Say less, @hallmarkplus!!” Another further cheered, “SERIES?! Well that’s big news!”

On July 30, the first two episodes of ‘Paris Is Always a Good Idea’ dropped, and fan reaction was exactly what could be expected for a show that promises to do the “unexpected.”

“I thought it was very well done! I found myself smiling throughout, and am really looking forward to the next episodes,” one fan gushed on Reddit.

Per the movie’s synopsis, Chabert will be stepping into the shoes of lead character Chelsea Martin, who travels to Paris in hopes of securing a big donation for her company.

A message from her late mom and a soft push from her sister lead her on an unexpected adventure to reacquaint herself with three loves from her past.

Luckily for us Chabert fans, that’s not all we’ll be expecting from the star this year.

She will also be filming on location at Walt Disney World in Florida alongside co-star Travis Van Winkle for ‘Holiday Ever After: A Disney World Wish Come True.’ The holiday season movie will be included as part of Hallmark’s famous Countdown To Christmas lineup.

At the same time, Chabert continues to find success hosting and executive producing her unscripted community-surprise series.
