General Hospital spoilers and updates tease Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) will wrestle with a big decision this week on the ABC soap.
With Curtis Ashford’s (Donnell Turner) trial beginning this week, and Jordan Ashford’s (Tanisha Harper) stress levels rising, will she again question whether she should come clean about Jordan’s wreck?
Key Takeaways
- Brook Lynn is overwhelmed with guilt as Curtis’ trial begins.
- She fears her silence helped put Curtis and Isaiah in danger.
- Phoebe’s adoption complicates Brook Lynn’s decision to confess.
- Jordan’s injuries weigh heavily on Brook Lynn’s conscience.
- A shocking confession could change everything in Port Charles.
If Brook Lynn Would Have Come Clean Right Away, Curtis May Not Be In Court
Brook Lynn struggles with herself, realizing if she would have come clean right away, Curtis may not be in court now, and Isaiah Gannon (Sawandi Wilson) may not have lost his career.
She had been drinking, and even though she didn’t feel tipsy, she still could have failed the breathalyzer had she stopped; the cops may have checked everyone there.
But she wanted to get to the karaoke night in time to see Gio Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza) perform, but even so, she got there too late!
But the major worry she had was if she had stopped, and failed the breathalyzer, it could hurt her and Harrison Chase’s (Josh Swickard) chances to adopt Phoebe (Luna and Lucia Creighton).
Now, she and Chase are right at the point of crossing the finish line for the adoption to be a done deal-so, once it’s a done deal, things are different.
Brook Lynn Swerved And Hit A Guardrail But Didn’t See Who Was In The Car-It Was Dark!
Brook Lynn had swerved and hit a guardrail but didn’t see who was in the oncoming car-it was dark, and she didn’t realize the car had gone off the road and off an embankment.
It all happened too fast-if she had, maybe things would be different-she could have called 911 from her car on the way to see Gio, and apologized and explained to him later.
All she would have had to do is report an erratic car on the road that she had to swerve to avoid, and there would have been someone sent to watch for it.
Brook Lynn knows if she had made different decisions that night, Jordan may have not gotten burned, and she and Curtis could have possibly been rescued before the car caught fire.
Brook Lynn Continues To Struggle With Her Conscience
Brook Lynn continues to struggle with her conscience, as news from the trial continues, and the tension continues; and that’s just one decision she has to juggle.
The one happy decision she made was over she and Chase signing the adoption papers to be Phoebe’s parents.
She struggles as well with having told Gio and Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) that she’d smooth things over with Simon (Grady Eldridge) not being sure she’d be able to.
But realizing she could have made a difference in Jordan’s outcome if she’d at least have made that call to notify of an erratic driver on Route 91 that night-really bothers her. She is tempted to tell the truth, if not in Curtis’ trial, at least to someone privately.
