There’s a new report that suggests Prince William and Kate Middleton had a major crisis meeting in July and it all had to do with the fact that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle were meeting with King Charles and Queen Camilla. Apparently, the Prince and Princess of Wales were none too pleased that Harry and Meghan, along with their two children Archie and Lilibet, were visiting with the King of England during their trip to the UK last month.

And that’s not because they didn’t want to see King Charles hang out with his two American grandchildren. Instead, it was because they were worried about all the press and media attention it would generate.

After all, it seems like William and Kate have a history of trying to compete with the Sussexes for attention and that’s why they literally had a crisis meeting about it, according to the Daily Mail.

As our loyal readers can imagine, loyalists certainly did have a lot to say about the matter on social media.

What’s Really Going On With Prince William And Kate Middleton?

Some even commented with, “That meeting was a reward for King Charles, who very, very clearly does not deserve it.

That was Harry and Meghan being the better people, as they always are. And the two who got anything out of it were King Charles, who spent weeks afterward briefing the press about it.”

Another critic wrote, “The thing that gets me about the Wales’ ongoing nonsense about being betrayed, is that it comes from a place as if criticism is not allowed. Your sister-in-law allows a detrimental lie about you to stand, it’s betrayal to correct the story.”

And then there was this comment as well: “And to have crisis talks about how you’re going to deal with someone that you’re angry at being forgiven by someone else?

That’s just wild to me. Why don’t they just go on about their day? Harry and Meghan aren’t trying to reconnect with you! Just ignore them.”
