Where is Sarah Ferguson? That’s a question that many followers of the Royal Family ask right now because emails between her and Jeffrey Epstein became a strong talking point at the end of July. Her vanishing act ended with the news of her whereabouts, but the situation changed recently.

The Epstein Email Surge

The news that Sarah Ferguson contacted Jeffrey Epstein isn’t new. However, more details about it emerged via newly diosclosed U.S. Department of Justice documents.

Major news outlets like ABC News and the Mail on Sunday covered the leaked email exchanges recently. And they reveal that after his 2008 conviction, in one email, she referred to Epstein as the “brother I’ve always wished for” and even quipped, “Just marry me.”

Not long after disowning Epstein during an interview, she wrote to apologize humbly to his “heart.” She explained that she was forced to act fast to save her career as a children’s author and philanthropist. She reassured Epstein, writing, “I did not, absolutely not, say the ‘P word’ about you.”

A Transactional Relationship?

A few days ago, Paula Froelich chatted with biographer Andrew Lownie on her Uncensored podcast.

The main topic focused on the updated email news and how she’s lost a lot of good standing with the public. The removal of the charity trust from public registers was also mentioned.

“Everything was transactional,” Lownie said during the interview with Froelich, explaining how Fergie always seemed to have someone with wealth in her radar.

Staying Quiet in Switzerland

For a time, royal family watchers were unsure where Sarah Ferguson had gone, but later, she was seen at an exclusive spa in Austria. Once again, she slipped away from inquisitive media but later resurfaced in Verbier, Switzerland.

According to The Sun, “the motorsports mogul gave Fergie refuge at his £15million Swiss chalet after she was evicted from Royal Lodge and stripped of her Duchess of York title in disgrace over links to paedophile financier Jeffrey Epstein.”

The two dated back in the 1980s before she married Prince Andrew, and McNally remained a close friend and protector for over four decades.

A source told The Sun that McNally “never abandoned her in life and, even in his final days, he allowed her safe sanctuary at his home in Verbier.”

However, McNally’s death has raised fresh questions about whether she can continue using the property as McNally passed away aged 88 after he reportedly fell ill.

But where will she go now? There is speculation that Paddy McNally might have looked after her in his will, but that hasn’t been confirmed.

No Inheritance?

Andrew Lownie doubted that he would have left her large amounts of cash or property when he spoke with host Jeremy Kyle on TalkTV, saying that he spoke with some Swiss sources, and as a result, he believes it’s unlikely.

He said, “I don’t think she’ll get anything from Paddy McNally… I think he was a wily old bird. He was very keen for his money to go to good causes, so it wouldn’t be tarnished by his link to her.”

What Comes Next?

For now, Sarah Ferguson is still keeping herself out of sight. It’s not clear how long she can stay in Switzerland, or even whether she moved away. That starts renewed speculation focusing on her possibly staying with people connected to her daughters.
