‘The Bold and the Beautiful’ Recap Friday, August 7: Sheila’s Crash, Deacon’s Romantic Surprise, Steffy’s Hope

The Bold and the Beautiful recap is in for Friday, August 7, 2026. In today’s episode, Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown) crashed John “Finn” Finnegan’s (Tanner Novlan) flight.

Meanwhile, Steffy Forrester Finnegan (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) was filled with hope. Also, Deacon Sharpe (Sean Kanan) got ready for the next step in his relationship.

Missed Flight

Finn calls Steffy to apologize for missing the flight. He was called in to perform surgery. He will get the next flight.  

Li Finnegan (Naomi Matsuda) walks in and offers to get the plane ticket for him. Finn explains Taylor Hayes (Rebecca Budig) has Hayes Forrester Finnegan (Bryan David Garlick). Finn goes to check on a patient. 

Sheila Carter Sneaks

Li calls to book a flight. Sheila shows up with coffee. The lady asks Li to talk to Finn on her behalf. Li explains they have both talked to Finn more than once.

Sheila needs to just drop it and stay away. Sheila won’t give up. Li says Finn is going to Monaco today to be with Steffy. 

Li exits to help the trauma team. Sheila is alone in Finn’s office and checks the computer. The booking information is still on the screen. 

Sheila exits, then Finn and Li return to the office. Li says Finn needs to catch a flight. 

Deacon Sharpe’s Romance

At the cliff house, Taylor and Deacon discuss Monaco and Steffy. The kids are at camp, so Deacon wants to make better use of their alone time.

Deacon says they should double-lock the doors to keep Sheila out. They talk about the situation with Sheila and Steffy. 

Steffy almost couldn’t leave the kids behind because she was panicking over Sheila. Taylor knows Sheila would never harm the children.

It’s hard to love Sheila, they both declare. Deacon says Sheila stepped aside so they could be together. Taylor agrees she has seen Sheila’s better side, too.

Steffy hasn’t, though. Taylor and Finn have urged Steffy to see, but she just can’t. Steffy texts Taylor from a hotel in Monaco. Taylor and Deacon end up making out. 

Surprise Getaway

Finn gets on the airplane and texts Steffy. The lady calls her hubby. She can’t wait for Finn to get there.

Finn hangs up and turns around to see Sheila sitting in the seat next to him! Finn tells her to get off the plane immediately. Sheila says it’s too late and this will be fun! 

Oh my goodness! What do you think Finn is going to do next?! Will he have to tell Steffy about his unexpected companion?
