The last time that we heard from Chad, he was trying his hand at a local theater. While it didn’t seem like he wanted to return to Port Charles anytime soon, it also seems like he wasn’t really finding his place in the television entertainment world either.

That’s probably why the actor has turned to music. That’s right: Chad Duell is now Duelly and he’s just released his first song on Spotify called ‘Static in the Quiet Room.’

Clearly, many GH fans sure did have a lot to say about the matter.

Some even commented with, “I find it VERY good and impressive. It’s kinda along the lines of Jane Remover but waaay toned down. It’s a very popular sound right now. Also he’s been going by Duelly for over 20 years.”

“Bravo Chad. Hopefully this will be a new way to get out whatever demons you’ve been fighting.”

Another fan wrote, “It’s not what I usually listen to, but it’s not too bad. I did like the newer song better than the first. Wishing him luck!”

What’s Next For Chad Duell?

So far Chad Duell himself has not made any comments about the matter, nor has he said anything about the possibility of ever coming back to the daytime television world.

That said, there’s no doubt that a lot of fans are still keeping their fingers crossed in the hopes that he might return to Port Charles one day.

Sure, there’s a slim chance that he will play Michael Corinthos, but there’s a chance he could easily play another character, right?
