The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers are in for the week of August 17, 2026. We can expect Melissa Dylan’s (Sydney Bullock) motives to be investigated.

Meanwhile, Carter Walton (Lawrence Saint-Victor) could do too much to help Steffy Forrester Finnegan (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood). Keep reading to find out what is coming up in the CBS soap opera.

Carter Walton’s Shocking Move

Let’s start off with Steffy and Carter. Both of them are heartbroken and drunk. Those two factors never work well together.

Steffy should know from the past not to sleep with the first guy she sees. That’s how she ended up in her last baby daddy dilemma. 

However, I have a feeling that Steffy is going to ask something else of Carter. Sure, he might comfort her, but the vibe in the preview is killer, not seductive. I wonder if Carter is going to eliminate Sheila for Steffy. 

Daphne Rose Walton’s Understanding

Later in the week, Carter and Daphne Rose Walton (Murielle Hilaire) come to an understanding. That doesn’t sound like a reconciliation, but a tearful acceptance.

That could give Carter the green light to pursue Steffy. After all, we know how Carter gets with women!

It is also stated that midweek, Steffy grapples with forgiving John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan). So, that sounds like positive news for SINN either. Even if Steffy calms down, this Sheila situation will come up in the future.

Katie Logan Spencer Investigates

The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers for the week of August 17 reveal that Katie Logan Spencer (Heather Tom) will remain suspicious.

The lady already had a run-in with Dylan and knows she’s up to no good. In fact, Dylan’s “research” sounds a lot like Luna Nozawa (Lisa Yamada).

Moving forward, Katie confronts her hot-mess of a son. The lady wants to know if Will Spencer (Crew Morrow) loves Electra Forrester (Laneya Grace) so much, then why is he fooling around with her BFF?

Yeah, Will, what kind of BFF would put YOU over her friend? That’s a big, fat red flag if I ever saw one.

Meanwhile, Electra gets in Dylan’s face and threatens to have her fired. However, with all the bad PR Forrester Creations has been getting, Electra might be told to just deal with Dylan for  now.

What Else to Expect

As for the rest of the week, Steffy struggles to forgive John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan). The lady does get comfort from a drunk Carter Walton (Lawrence Saint-Victor). However, it sounds more like a killer deal regarding Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown) than passion.

RJ Forrester (Brayan Nicoletti) pitches an idea to Zende Forrester Dominguez (Delon de Metz). Also, Dylan and Will have an awkward run-in at Bikini Bar.
