‘The Bold and the Beautiful’ Recap Wednesday, August 26: Will Defies Katie, Sheila Comforts Deacon & Ridge Gives RJ A Shot

The Bold and the Beautiful recap is in for Wednesday, August 26, 2026. In today’s episode, Will Spencer (Crew Morrow) defends Melissa Dylan (Sydney Bullock).

Meanwhile, Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown) shares a special moment with Deacon Sharpe (Sean Kanan).

Grilling Session

At the beach house, Dylan tells Katie Logan Spencer (Heather Tom) that she and Will are adults. The brunette wants to know what the girl is really up to. Dylan claims she loves him. Katie rolls her eyes dramatically. 

Will says he is with Dylan now. He’s over being repeatedly dumped by Electra Forrester (Laneya Grace).

Katie knows that her son is kind, but also knows Dylan’s family has been obsessed with the Spencers for years. Dylan says everyone knows who they are, they are celebrities.

Her mom had an Eye on Fashion magazine, that is hardly being obsessed. Katie doesn’t believe it’s a coincidence that she’s suddenly in Will’s bed.

The girl says it was totally random. Katie doesn’t believe this and thinks that Dylan targeted their family.

Dylan tells Will he’s so blessed to have a mommy who cares so much. The money doesn’t matter to her. Katie doesn’t believe her.

Dylan gushes about how Will can always count on her. It seems Will has fallen for it, hook, line, and sinker. 

Disappointment & Regret

Over at Bikini, Sheila is stunned that Taylor Hayes (Rebecca Budig) rejected Deacon’s marriage proposal.

Deacon says they are together, but not getting married. Sheila still cares about him. Deacon admits he still cares for her, too. 

Deacon suggests that Taylor might be right about not needing a legal commitment. Sheila knows he doesn’t believe that. Sheila grabs his hand and knows he’s hurting.

Sheila says that Taylor’s vow wouldn’t mean much since she had no problem violating the medical oath. Deacon is grateful that Sheila signed the divorce papers.

He’s sorry that he was such a jerk. Sheila mentions that Taylor’s actions have hurt both of them. They joke about Steffy recognizing Sheila’s toes on the Monaco beach. 

RJ Forrester’s Pitch

At FC, RJ Forrester (Brayan Nicoletti) and Electra Forrester (Laneya Grace) continue making their pitch to Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye).

As Ridge debates back and forth, then Zende Forrester Dominguez (Delon de Metz) is mentioned. That prompts Ridge to agree to speak with Steffy. 

For now, Ridge wants them to keep this a secret. 

Ridge exits, so RJ and Electra celebrate. The lady feels confident. They are going to make fashion history!
