A lot of B&B fans believe that with the new generation of characters, and specifically Electra Forrester, Will Spencer and even Melissa Dylan, this could indicate that the writers are looking to replace the old love triangle that consisted of Hope, Liam, and Steffy Forrester.

Plus, many longtime viewers have pointed out that Hope is barely on the canvas anymore and Liam Spencer seems to come in and out the same way that his onscreen brother Wyatt Spencer did before he was ultimately dropped from the show.

Clearly, many B&B fans had a lot to say about the matter on social media.

Some have even commented with, “I don’t think they’d drop Hope and Liam entirely since they’ve invested in this Logan thing at least for now… I do think however that they’re not going to be prevalent characters like that.”

Another fan wrote, “Liam and Hope have had decades of focus. I’m fine with them staying in the background if the show isn’t gonna give them anything else besides cheating drama that they’ve had for the last nearly 20 years.”
