General Hospital has released a preview clip for Wednesday, September 9, 2026. It shows the fallout from  Brook Lynn Quartermaine’s (Amanda Setton) too-late confession.

Emma Scorpio-Drake (Braedyn Bruner) reasons with Giovanni “Gio” Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza). Plus, Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) interrogates Hudson Parker (Troy Lennon Appel).

Let’s start with the beginning of the preview clip. First up, we have Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) and Kai Taylor (Jens Austin Astrup).

Trina and Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) just learned that BLQ was the one behind the wheel the night of the accident.

While the truth is out now, it is a little too late. In fact, Trina tells Kai that she doesn’t want to have anything to do with Brook Lynn ever again. However, we know those vows never last long in soaps!

Over with Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard), he makes the BLQ situation even worse. The man trots over to tell Willow Tait Cain (Katelyn MacMullen) that his wife was who framed her. Now, we know that BLQ faked being friends with Willow for a bit.

We also know that Willow reacts pretty boldly when she feels ambushed or cornered. So, I’m worried she will use her political power and connections to make sure BLQ loses it all.

Bad News

In fact, the preview clip shows a frantic BLQ reacting to her father’s bombshell.  Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth) tells his daughter that she isn’t going to like his answer. It sounds like the lady could go to prison, lose her child, and husband all in one swoop.

Reality Checks

General Hospital spoilers for Wednesday, September 9 reveal that the preview clip also shows Emma trying to reason with Gio. The young man needs to get off his morality horse.

Nobody is perfect and situations are often complex. So, Emma reminds Gio that you don’t turn your back on family, even when they disappoint you. 

Emma is right. While Gio being upset makes sense, walking out on his mother seems a tad extreme. Gio acts like he’s never made a mistake before. One day, the young man will learn that life is not black and white, not by a long shot.

Finally, we have Josslyn and Hudson. The clip shows the blonde questioning why Hudson is so invested in her father’s company.
