General Hospital Preview Tuesday, September 15: Honest Talk, Marriage Uncertain, Matriarch’s DeceptionGeneral Hospital has released a preview clip for Tuesday, September 15, 2026. It shows Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) talking to Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) about his marriage.

Meanwhile, Emma Scorpio-Drake (Braedyn Bruner) rips into Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy). Plus, Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) debates with Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart). Here’s what Tuesday’s GH preview reveals.

Honest Talk

At the Brown Dog bar, Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) will have an intense chat with Carly Spencer (Laura Wright).

The preview clip begins with the right-hand man asking Carly, “If you lie for a living, how long until you lie to yourself?” 

It sounds like they might be talking about Josslyn in the WSB. Everyone is worried that Joss could end up being in the same boat that Anna is in now.

Matriarch’s Deception

Over with Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliott), she deceives her granddaughter. Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) digs her heels in.

The matriarch claims that if BLQ wants her marriage to be saved, then she is on board. However, we already know that Tracy is NOT on board at all!

Legal Possibilities

General Hospital spoilers for Tuesday, September 15 reveal that while BLQ wants to save her marriage, Chase isn’t so sure. In fact, the officer speaks to Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) about possibly ending his marriage. 

Big Mistake

Over with Joss, she decided to report Anna’s trauma to the WSB. The conversation with Anna was interesting, though.

Anna said she wouldn’t fault Joss for following the rules as that is what is necessary in the WSB. At the same time, Josslyn might have made a big mistake. 

In the preview clip, Emma marches over to confront Joss. The young lady says that if anything happens to her grandmother, then that’s on Josslyn.

Valentin Cassadine’s Reunion

As for Valentin, he catches up with Anna. While she tries to explain things to him, Valentin reassures her. However, Anna says he wouldn’t be saying that if he knew the whole story.

I could see Valentin encouraging Anna to open up about everything that’s led up to this moment, including what prompted her to try to kill Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud).

I think Anna might open up a little bit, but I’m not sure if she will tell him everything. Despite their bond, a lot of things have happened.

However, we also know that Valentin opens Anna’s door to see a stunned Carly Spencer (Laura Wright). It sounds like things are about to get very complicated in Port Charles!
