General Hospital has released a preview clip for Wednesday, September 16, 2026. It shows Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) encouraging Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros). Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) fires an order at Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart).

Well, that sounds like Tracy is talking about convincing Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) to forgive Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton). However, who could Tracy be talking to? Don’t tell me it’s Willow Tait Cain (Katelyn MacMullen)?!

A Wife’s Plea

Meanwhile, BLQ is begging for Chase not to give up on their marriage just yet. The brunette declares that she might have a way to fix things. However, you can’t undo what’s already been done.

Villain’s Vicious Vow

General Hospital spoilers for Wednesday, September 16 reveal that Ava Jerome (Maura West) will be rattled over Jack Brennan’s (Chris McKenna) death. However, Drew gives her slimy assurance with that sickening sneer.

The guy claims that the authorities won’t be looking at Ava. Of course, we know that’s due to Drew making sure Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) goes down for the crime. However, Ava is supposed to be friends with Nina, complicating the mess. 

Truce & Opportunity

Over at the Metro Court, Nina gets some advice from Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard). The mob boss tells Nina that every truce is an opportunity to reload.

However, Nina might not get much of a chance to use Sonny’s advice. After all, she might be facing an arrest soon!

Anna Devane’s Order

Over at Anna’s place, she orders someone to “go after her!” Of course, Anna is likely telling Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) to go after Carly Spencer (Laura Wright).

It is true that Anna and Valentin used to be together. While Val will always care about Anna, his heart beats for Carly right now. I don’t think there is any risk of Valentin betraying Carly right now, but soaps sometimes surprise me!

As for Carly, how will Valentin explain the situation? The blonde likely also feels guilty over Josslyn Jacks’ (Eden McCoy) part in the mess.

Carly will be even more desperate to get her daughter out of the WSB after what happened with Emma Scorpio-Drake (Braedyn Bruner).
