General Hospital Spoilers: Cassius Returns From The Dead – Nina’s Shocking WSB Rescue?General Hospital spoilers and updates tease that Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) might get some answers for Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) about her “dead” son on the ABC soap. Might Cassius Faison (Ryan Paevey) be Nina’s hero, and get her out of the WSB prison?

No one knows Cassius didn’t die on Spoon Island and that Z (John Oliver) rescued him-he gave him a choice of Steinmauer or working for him, and Cassius almost certainly took the latter.

Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) doesn’t even know-she was told he died and has to promote the WSB narrative, which included throwing Cassius under the bus and that Ross Cullum (Andrew Hawkes) died the hero!

It was such a scandal that they had to create this face-saving fairy tale, probably to retain their funding, even though it’s a worldwide spy organization.

But now Nina is getting a taste of the dark side of the WSB, as acting WSB station chief William Baines (Alimi Ballard) and a bunch of WSB thugs drag Nina, kicking and screaming, out of the PCPD.

Baines had enough evidence to extradite her, likely to a WSB black site like Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) was sent to!

Drew Cain Framed Nina For The Disappearance And Possible Murder Of Jack Brennan

Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) framed Nina for the disappearance and possible murder of Jack Brennan (Chris L. McKenna) by breaking into her car and putting his wallet under the passenger seat.

It’s still not certain whether the combination of what Drew claimed was a sleeping pill and Jack’s bourbon, which Ava Jerome (Maura West) crushed and mixed it in, killed him.

He was becoming very confused and sweaty, so it’s possible that  he stumbled in the pool and drowned; until the body is found, and there’s an autopsy, no one will know for sure.  

Even then, the drug may not show up in his tissues by that time-whatever might be left of them once he’s retrieved from the ground!

If Cassius Indeed Is Working For Z, He May Become Aware Nina Has Been Arrested

If Cassius indeed is working for Z, he may become aware that Nina has been arrested; and he may find out where she is-and pay her a visit and hear her side of the story.

At that point, he may have realized that the WSB is just as corrupt as the DVX, and want out-and he may just be Nina’s hero and break her out.

He’ll do his due diligence to dig up the truth-no pun intended-and taking big risks, get her back to their family in Port Charles.

Cassius may not have been Nathan West (Ryan Paevey) but he sure wishes he could have continued living as though he was.

And rescuing Nina and solving this crime of who really killed-or covered up-how Brennan really died, might be just the beginning.
