General Hospital Weekly Preview Sept 21-25: Framing Shocker, Secret Lovers Busted, Deadly Threat & Prison Bloodbath

General Hospital spoilers and updates for the week of Monday, September 21-Friday, September 25 tease shared suspicions, secrets revealed, and deadly danger!

Ava Jerome (Maura West) shares her suspicions, Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) and Justine Turner’s (Nazneen Contractor) secrets are revealed, and Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) and Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) are in deadly danger!

A Framing Scheme Starts To Unravel

Ava cleverly deflects any suspicions off herself for Jack Brennan’s (Chris L. McKenna) disappearance as she shares her suspicions with Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen).

She tells Willow if her mother, Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) is being framed, she may know by whom!

In reality Ava does know that Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) framed Nina, because he all but told her, telling her he needed an “insurance policy”.

It sounds like Ava doesn’t trust the corrupt ex-congressman not to throw her under the bus, so perhaps her sharing her suspicions with Willow is more of a preemptive strike!

She knows Willow needs her ex out of the way as well, so what might these two be cooking up for Drew?

Secret Lovers Get Caught

In the meantime, Sonny and Justine are spotted kissing in an alley, and fall previews revealed it’s Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) who sees them.

Justine apparently has been confronted over it by the time she tells Sonny, “Our secret’s out!”

Needless to say, the two secret lovers will have to make a decision-will Justine break it off with Sonny, or will they continue to meet in secret?

Perhaps Jordan will keep the secret between herself and Justine and Sonny, or will she?

A Dangerous New Enemy Emerges

A voice is heard making a threat, saying “He has to go down!” and the implication is Sonny is the target.

It may be Ric Lansing (Rick Hearst) who delivers the warning about the threat, since Sonny responds, “Let him try!”  Of course, someone emerges from the shadows to oppose Sonny just as he’s left the mob, and means to stick to it this time!

Sonny wants his piers back and intends to bid for them at the auction of Sidwell’s properties.

But he wants them for legitimate reasons, so he can expand his coffee company!

Pentonville Ambush Turns Into A Bloodbath

In the meantime, another prisoner, who Curtis thinks is one of Sonny’s protectors on the inside-which, since he’s left the mob, is probably anything but a protector, gives Curtis a demand.

He tells him to find a reason to not be in his cell after lunch-Curtis seems to pay attention.

The scene switches to Sidwell, seemingly alone in the cell he shares with Curtis, with a book in his hand.

The prisoner who spoke to Curtis and another prisoner approach Sidwell in the cell.

Fall preview spoilers (General Hospital 2026 Fall Preview: Varly Explodes, Josslyn’s Bloody Mission & BLQ Loses Phoebe) reveal Sidwell gets a beatdown, Curtis tries to intervene, and winds up in the ICU!
