Sonny refuses to back down from Drew, Chase turns to a lawyer over Phoebe, and Ava puts Willow on the spot about Nina.

General Hospital Preview Wednesday, September 23: Ava & Willow Connect, Sonny’s Dare, Tracy’s AdviceGeneral Hospital has released the preview clip for Wednesday, September 23, 2026. It shows Ava Jerome (Maura West) and Willow Tait Cain (Katelyn MacMullen) meeting.

Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) issues a dare. Plus, Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) sees a lawyer. Keep reading to find out what is coming up in the ABC soap opera.

Tracy Quartermaine’s Advice

Let’s start at the beginning of the preview clip, then go on from there. First up, we have Tracy, who advises Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton).

The brunette is panicked over losing her marriage and possibly Phoebe Chase (Luna and Lucia Creighton) too. When the lady frets to her grandmother, Tracy says, “If he ends your marriage over this, he’s the liar.”

Of course, Tracy wouldn’t be too heartbroken if BLQ and Chase ended in divorce. Some fans may not be too heartbroken, either.

If a man can be led away that easily, then life would be easier without him. It just seems that Chase is having another knee-jerk reaction. It’s not like he has led the perfect life, either.

Chase Makes His Custody Move

Over with Chase, he talks to a new lawyer. Of course, this is the newest addition to Diane Miller (Carolyn Henessy) and Alexis Davis’ (Nancy Lee Grahn) law office. The new lawyer will listen with concern as Chase demands a strategy so he can keep his daughter. 

Ava Puts Willow On The Spot

General Hospital spoilers for Wednesday, September 23 reveal that next in the preview clip is Ava and Willow.

The congresswoman is fretting over how to get Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) out of the WSB’s clutches. The lady was hoping Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) would be more of a help. 

In the meantime, Willow and Ava chat. The blonde asks in a hushed voice, “Do you think your mother is guilty?”

The congresswoman does look pretty panic-stricken in that scene. She’s even clutching her little purse oh-so tightly.

Sonny Corinthos’ Dare

As for Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard), he has a conversation with Ric Lansing (Rick Hearst). Sonny tells the lawyer, “Drew wants to take his shot, let him try.”

Drew Cain’s Declaration

Finally, we have Drew in the final scene in the preview clip for tomorrow’s episode. We can’t see who Drew is talking to. However, we can see he’s in the gym. The man declares, “I’m starting to think maybe you were winning.”

The look on Drew’s face is unmistakable. The man is definitely issuing a challenge to someone. Drew might think he’s in the lead, but things can change in an instant.
