Days of Our Lives spoilers are in for the week of September 28, 2026. We can expect Joy Wesley (AlexAnn Hopkins) to take a dangerous risk.

Philip Kiriakis (John-Paul Lavoisier) and Leo Stark (Greg Rikaart) strategize. Plus, there is a public accusation of wrongful death. Keep reading to find out what is coming up in the Peacock soap opera.

Dangerous Scheme Escalates

Let’s kick off this post with Joy. The lady will continue her scheme to make sure that everyone thinks she can’t walk.

Kayla Johnson (Mary Beth Evans) assured Stephanie Johnson (Abigail Klein) that there is no way Joy could fake involuntary movements. However, Joy will use the wifi to search for a solution. 

Joy taking a dangerous risk sounds like she might take a medication before the procedure to fool the test. However, there could be complications.

Secret Child Bombshell

Over with Steve Johnson (Stephen Nichols), he will agree to keep Marlena Evans’ (Deidre Hall) secret.

While it is shocking that Marlena has a secret child with Stefano DiMera (Joseph Mascolo), secrets have a way of coming out. 

If Kayla suspects that Steve is keeping secrets, things could really spiral out of control! Of course, it’s also possible that Steve might open up to Kayla. Later in the week, Marlena confesses to Brady Black (Eric Martsolf). 

Wrongful Death Accusation

Days of Our Lives spoilers for the week of September 28 reveal that Melinda Trask (Tina Huang) will host her press conference.

Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey) will brace herself as she prepares to be publicly accused of wrongful death. 

Of course, fans know that Sarah didn’t edit those test results. While she looks guilty now, the truth will eventually come out.

Meanwhile, Xander Cook Kiriakis (Paul Telfer) promises to be there for Sarah. If he manages to clear her name, that could mean a XARAH reunion!

Elsewhere, Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman) finally confesses to Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering). 

Plus, Chanel Dupree DiMera (Raven Bowens) has a surprise baby shower. However, the guests end up with a surprise of their own.

More Salem Secrets & Surprises

As for what else to expect, Philip and Leo work on a plan. Tate Black (Leo Howard) crosses paths with Mason Whitfield (Brandon Butler). Eli Carver (Lamon Archey) urges Lani Price Grant (Sal Stowers) to consider her future. 

Finally, Leo has Lani and Holly Jonas (Ashley Puzemis) on his podcast. However, Holly ends up struggling with her guilt right after that.
