General Hospital Spoilers: Joss Declares War On Sonny – WSB Mission Takes DangerousGeneral Hospital spoilers and updates tease in the episode airing Monday, October 5, Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) will make a bold move.

She’ll tell her superior, Acting WSB Station Chief William Baines (Alimi Ballard) that she has a better idea for a WSB assignment.

5 Key Takeaways

  • Joss meets with William Baines and pitches a different WSB assignment.
  • Curtis’ Pentonville beating convinces Joss that Sonny is responsible.
  • Joss wants to abandon her frustrating JJE assignment and target Sonny instead.
  • She believes taking down Sonny would be a major victory for the WSB.
  • Joss doesn’t know the truth: Sonny didn’t order the attack — Drew hired Vito to arrange the hit on Sidwell.

Joss Blames Sonny For Curtis’ Beating

Josslyn was livid when Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) told her what happened to her father, Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) at Pentonville Prison.

A group of Sonny Corinthos’ (Maurice Benard) associates on the inside had beaten Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) within an inch of his life, and Curtis was collateral damage, having tried to intervene.

One of the thugs was heard by Curtis, saying to Sidwell that Sonny Corinthos owed him so much more!

So, of course this is what Trina heard from Curtis about his reason for being in the hospital, and she told Joss. Joss was livid and determined that Sonny was not just going to get away with it!

Joss Makes Baines A Bold WSB Pitch

Joss enters the WSB field office, Baines says he’s surprised that she asked for this meeting; then he asks has there been a development at JJE (Jasper Jacks Enterprises? Joss asks, how would she know-he still hasn’t told her what the WSB wants with the company, not that it matters anymore.

Baines responds, Really- Why is that? Josslyn then tells him “because a much better use of my time has presented itself”, obviously referring to making taking down Sonny her WSB mission. Baines then responds, still sitting behind his desk-“Oh, do tell”.

Josslyn has frankly, been not only confused, but bored with trying to do an investigation inside her father’s company, and not knowing what to investigate.

Joss Wants To Take Sonny Down

Josslyn thinks she will be able to convince Baines that justice for Sonny Corinthos is a prize worth winning; Sonny has gotten away with his crimes for many years and never been punished.

Not even once has Sonny done any prison time, and her mother Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) even married him a few times so she wouldn’t have to testify against him!

Carly may have a problem with Josslyn being a WSB agent, but Josslyn has a problem with her continuing support of a mob boss, and she doesn’t believe for a minute that he’s left the mob like he says.

And what went down at Pentonville is proof-she might remind Baines, taking down Corinthos will be good publicity for the agency!
