The Young And The Restless Spoilers: Phyllis Trusts The Wrong Man – Victor’s Endgame Threatens Everything

The Young And The Restless spoilers reveal that Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) is confiding in Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) too much.

Phyllis believes that Victor is supportive, but he seems to be trying to gain information to stop Phyllis before she can succeed. Will Cain Ashby’s (Billy Flynn) prediction come true and Victor take everything from her?

5 Key Takeaways

• Phyllis puts too much trust in Victor
• Cane warns Phyllis about Victor’s motives
• Victor may be setting a financial trap
• Daniel worries about Phyllis’s risky moves
• Phyllis risks losing everything she rebuilt

Cane Ashby Cares About Phyllis Summers

Cane may be in love with Lily Winters (Christel Khalil ), but that doesn’t mean that he doesn’t care about Phyllis.

Cane and Phyllis were partners at one time and he doesn’t want to see her set up by Victor. Cane knows that Victor is going to go after everyone he can to get back what he feels belongs to him.

Cane knows that Phyllis is walking right into a trap and he is doing this best to keep her from taking that step. Cane is likely right about Victor’s plans because he has dealt with him first hand.

Cane may even help Phyllis as best he can to save her from Victor, but he could also get distracted with everything going on with Lily and forget about Phyllis.

Victor Newman Is Just Biding His Time

Victor is just sitting back and allowing Phyllis to dig a hole and fall right into it. All Victor has to do is see that Phyllis defaults on her loans and he could take everything she owns away from her in one swoop.

Phyllis is doing her best to rebuild Arabesque, but she is far from having a lucrative company considering she needs to start making money.

Daniel Romalotti Jr. (Michael Graziadei) has voiced his concerns and even called Summer Newman (last played by Alison Lanier).

Summer had a brief conversation with Phyllis before she told her she had something else to do. Can Phyllis ever get her kids support now that she is trying to run a business on her own?

Victor Newman Is Up To No Good

Whatever the case, Victor is up to no good and Cane can see that. Cane knows that Victor didn’t give Arabesque to Phyllis to see her succeed.

If Phyllis gets the company back in the green, Victor will certainly be there to rip it out of her hands and leave Phyllis high and dry. Will Cane step up and help Phyllis or will he be too busy trying to figure out what Lily is keeping from him?

Could Daniel and Summer join Phyllis and help her bring Arabesque back to life and protect it from Victor?  Phyllis needs to wizen up if she plans to keep her company and her properties for herself.

Can Phyllis beat Victor at his own game in the end?  Will Phyllis finally manage to beat Victor at his own game?
