General Hospital spoilers reveal the happy news that Steve Burton (Jason Morgan) confirms that he is back to work as Stone Cold on the ABC sudser. He has tweeted out the fantastic news from his Stone Cold and the Jackal account saying simply, “Who’s ready for some #GH? We’re back to work!!!!”

It doesn’t get more crystal clear than that fans! Can new episodes be far behind?!

The account was immediately flooded with responses with many cautioning the star to stay safe and tons of congrats that are meant as much for Steve as they are for lucky fans who can now see the light at the end of what seems like a very long tunnel. There are also a bunch of hilarious memes meant to celebrate the good news to check out.

One fan tweeted about Jason’s buzz cut, “Can’t wait, I hope his hair is like this again. Not a fan of the long hair. I like the blonde though.”

This post echoed the sentiments of many: “I just want you and everyone to be safe above all else. That the staff with the show is doing everything they can to make sure everybody is safe and protected. I want you guys to be okay, and do whatever you need to in order to protect yourselves. Always stay well.”

And one fan had a friendly bit of advice for Steve’s alter ego, “Jason takes out Anna’s son asap.”
