No matter how you feel about Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, the hot mess couple who have come to symbolize the eye roll year 2020, this latest news about them is just plain sad. According to Meghan’s half-brother Tom Markle Jr. speaking about his father, “As far as a reunion goes, he’s given up on Meghan and Harry completely.”

In case you think this is just idle gossip on his part, Tom Jr. knows of which he speaks because he actually talks to their father, unlike Meghan.

Has Meghan Markle’s Dad Reportedly Finally Given Up Hope OfEever Reuniting With His Daughter?

Junior reports to The Mail that his dad has been livid after reading extracts of the couple’s sensationalized bio, Finding Freedom, a book which is believed in most quarters to have been approved by Meghan and Harry although they have said otherwise.

Thomas Markle Sr. apparently sees the writing on the wall about his estranged daughter’s intentions toward him and reportedly now plans to enjoy retirement traveling the world as a way of trying to forget the heartache of his daughter’s actions toward him which include dragging his name in one of her lawsuits.

“He doesn’t trust her and doesn’t want to know that person because of the lies, manipulation, and deceit,” the son said. “He just had his 76th birthday – needless to say, he didn’t hear from Meghan.”

Tom Jr. flat out denies the book’s claims that his dad ignored Meghan’s texts and calls demanding that he come to her UK wedding despite suffering a life-altering heart attack.

Despite the world thinking differently based on copious amounts of evidence, the couple insists they had nothing to do with their new bio, claiming that they did not contribute to it, saying it was based on “independent reporting.” Which is fishy for many reasons, not the least of which is the fact that one of the writers claims he is Meghan’s soul mate; wonder how Harry feels about that?

Speaking about the book’s outrageous and inflammatory claims, Tom Jr. stated, “It says Harry spoke to our dad to say if he’d listened to him, Harry, there wouldn’t have been any problems. That just did not happen.”

“All these hundreds of texts and calls Meghan sent my dad ahead of the wedding? Our father wasn’t even at his house. He was in the hospital.”

“His phone was switched off. That’s why he didn’t answer, there’s no way he could have. The Palace told Meghan and Harry to send help for my father so he could deal with the Press but they refused. Meghan herself said no.”

No wonder the poor man has come to the painful conclusion that his daughter wants nothing to do with him.
