General Hospital: Marcus Taggert (Real Andrews) ABC General Hospital spoilers and recap for Wednesday, August 19, 2020, reveals Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring) opens the call center for the telethon. The Nurses’ Ball is helping front line workers. Lucy hunts down Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) and tells her what she expects on stage.

General Hospital Spoilers – Lucy Coe Announces The Performers

Trina Robinson (Sydney MaKayla), Jocelyn Jacks (Eden McCoy), and Cameron Webber (William Lipton) arrives. Epiphany Johnson (Sonya Eddy), Amy Driscol (Risa Dorken), and Felix DuBois (Marc Samuel) talk about front line workers. Felix tells Lucy that Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) wants to say a few words. Cyrus talks about how much he wants to be a part of Port Charles. Epiphany tells them this is going to turn out bad. Trina, Cameron, and Jocelyn perform. Jasper Jacks (Ingo Rademacher) praises their performance. Jax and Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) perform.

GH Spoilers – Brook Lynn Quartermaine Kisses Dustin Phillips

General Hospital’s Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Briana Lane) has a bad case of stage fright. Dustin Phillips (Marc Lawson) tries to calm Brook. Brook and Dustin talk about another performance where she tries to leave. Dustin continues to encourage Brook. Brook pulls Dustin into a kiss as Lulu watches. Lulu asks what is going on, Dustin tells Brook this will not happen again. Dustin has moved on. Brook curses Dustin before she goes on stage.

General Hospital Spoilers – Franco Baldwin Thinks Liz Baldwin Is Mad At Him

General Hospital’s Franco Baldwin (Roger Howarth) asks Liz Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) if she is mad at him. Liz asks Franco if she should be. Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) talks to T.J. Ashford (Tajh Bellows) and Molly Lansing Davis (Haley Pullos) about Jason Morgan (Steve Burton). Brando Corbin (Johnny Wactor) joins them and says he would much rather be manning the phones than be there in a tux. Sam drags Brando away as he bonds with T.J.

GH Spoilers – Peter August Is Thrilled About The Baby

General Hospital’s Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers) tries to reign Damien Spinelli (Bradford Anderson) in. Spinelli insists Maxie has to know the truth tonight. Lulu Spencer (Emme Rylan) helps to set up Maxie’s microphone. Maxie announces to everyone that she’s pregnant with Peter August’s (Wes Ramsey) baby. Maxie runs off stage after learning everyone heard her conversation.

Peter asks Maxie if this is true. Peter asks Maxie why she didn’t tell him. Maxie is afraid she can’t sacrifice enough to keep the baby and Deception. Peter offers to be there if this is what Maxie wants. Peter hugs Maxie and says she loves him. Jax approaches Nina and they talk about her child. Jax plans to check back with his jeweler about the necklace. Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) checks on Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros).

Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) and Mac Scorpio (John J. York) check on Maxie and Peter. Peter calls Anna grandma before following Maxie to call her mom. Valentin congratulates Peter on the baby. Valentin tells Peter he should be honest with Maxie before it’s too late. Dustin and Lulu congratulate Peter and Maxie. Robert and Spinelli discuss telling Maxie the truth. Spinelli congratulates them on the baby. Maxie and Peter thank Spinelli. Spinelli tells Robert they have to find proof post haste.

General Hospital Spoilers – Portia Robinson Tells Curtis He Came Between Her And Marcus Taggert

General Hospital’s Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) asks Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) why Jordan Ashford (Brianna Nicole Henry) is supporting Cyrus. Jordan meets with Marcus Taggert (Real Andrews) on the pier. Taggert says he had unfinished business in Port Charles. Cyrus overhears Curtis and Portia talking about Jordan. Portia and Curtis walk off when he approaches them. Jordan chastises Taggert for showing up in Port Charles. Taggert could make Trina a target again.

Taggert wonders why Jordan isn’t trying to put Cyrus away. Taggert is convinced that Jordan is under Cyrus’ thumb. Taggert plans to kill Cyrus himself. Portia is upset that Taggert wasn’t there to see Trina’s performance. Portia misses Taggert every day. Portia says Curtis came between her and Taggert. Portia tells Curtis she couldn’t get over him. Jordan wants no part of Taggert killing Cyrus. Taggert says no one will suspect a dead man.

Jordan says Taggert isn’t a cold-blooded murderer. Jordan plans to do a legit bust on Cyrus. Taggert asks if Curtis is on board and realizes he doesn’t know he’s alive. Jordan pushes Taggert to leave town, he agrees for now. Taggert promises to keep checking up on Jordan.
