General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Friday, August 21, tease that Julian Jerome (William deVry) will move forward with Nelle Benson Jerome’s (Chloe Lanier) scheme, but for how long? Julian just chloroformed Monica Quartermaine (Leslie Charleson), so she’ll be unconscious as he tells her he’s sorry. Julian will feel like he had no choice, but he obviously does have a choice! He’s just not making the right one.
How far will Julian really take this? Can he hand innocent Wiley Quartermaine-Corinthos (Erik and Theo Olson) over to a madwoman? GH spoilers point to a decision that’ll change Julian’s life on Friday, so he may shift gears before it’s too late. Let’s hope Julian comes to his senses and puts Wiley’s needs above his own.
General Hospital Spoilers – Backstage At The Nurses Ball
Backstage at the Nurse Ball, Nelle will gleefully clean the fabric shears she just used to attack Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Briana Lane). Nelle will contend that Brook Lynn should’ve been nicer to her, but she’ll soon put BLQ in the rearview mirror! Nelle’s got places to go and a toddler to snatch with Julian’s help.
Of course, Nelle’s plan won’t turn out as well as she hopes, so stay tuned to watch it go horribly wrong. As for Brook Lynn, she’ll probably be bleeding out in that dressing room when Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring) gives her intro on stage. That could lead to a search for Brook Lynn and a horrible discovery soon enough.
Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) will have an offer for Willow Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen) – one she won’t be able to turn down. Maybe Willow will agree to head back to the Quartermaine mansion while Michael finishes up. Willow may be eager to check on Wiley, so that’d certainly be a hard offer for her to pass up.
General Hospital spoilers indeed point to a discovery that shocks Michael later, so he might be the one to find bleeding Brook Lynn. In the meantime, Olivia Quartermaine (Lisa LoCicero) will rant about Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth) “scaring the hell” out of her. This will probably be another fight about how Ned’s putting ELQ above his own daughter, although Ned doesn’t think that’s what he’s doing.
GH Spoilers – Ned Quartermaine Needs To Appreciate His Daughter
Olivia will feel like Ned needs to appreciate his daughter while he has the chance. Dante Falconeri’s (Dominic Zamprogna) absence will undoubtedly still be weighing on Olivia during his faceoff. Olivia knows what it’s like to have that hole in her heart, so she won’t want Ned pushing Brook Lynn away and regretting it.
Of course, Ned’s definitely going to regret it after Brook Lynn’s found injured. Some panicked moments are coming up soon enough! In the restroom, Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) will let Ava Cassadine (Maura West) know there’s a flaw in this infidelity clause plan. Nina may note that Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) could just as easily make her cheat instead.
Ava will think she’s stronger than that, but the real point of this whole conversation is for Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) to overhear it. Liz has been listening in from a nearby bathroom stall, so she knows all about this infidelity clause and how much they stand to lose if they’re unfaithful.
As Elizabeth continues to listen, it’ll become increasingly clear to her that she’s been manipulated. The same goes for Franco Baldwin (Roger Howarth), who’ll be busy trading barbs with Nikolas elsewhere. Franco will think Nikolas needs to spend a little less time doting on Liz and a little more time doting on his wife.
Liz will wind up reconvening with Franco before long, so she’ll have a chance to pass along some intriguing news. Franco and Liz may do some scheming of their own in the week ahead, so we’ll see how things play out with “Friz” and “Nava.”
Other General Hospital spoilers say Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) will wrap up the Nurses Ball with Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) by his side. They’ll sport smiles over a job well done, but trouble’s brewing thanks to all this Wiley chaos.

Over with Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco), she’ll begin to see Brando Corbin (Johnny Wactor) in a new light. Brando will do something that softens Sam a bit, so she should ease up on him for now. We’ll give you updates as other GH details emerge. Stick with the ABC soap and don’t forget to check back often for the latest General Hospital spoilers, updates and news.
