As a matter of fact, Andy Cohen recently revealed that the Hollywood actress sent the Bravo network a cease and desist as she did not want anyone talking about her alleged affair with Brandi Glanville on camera. Unfortunately for Denise, the other housewives, and especially Lisa Rinna, have attacked her all season long for not fessing up while she apparently pointed her finger at them for acting inappropriately in front of her teenage daughters.

During the most recent Real Housewives of Beverly Hills reunion special, the Days of Our Lives actress brought her ‘receipts’ in the form of text messages that she wanted to show Andy. The Days of Our Lives actress then asks Denise: “Did you send a cease and desist to shut [Brandi] up?”

Before Denise could answer, Andy Cohen said: “Denise, your lawyer threatened to file a cease and desist against production.”

That’s when Denise admitted that she did send a cease and desist to Brandi Glanville, but only because she wanted her to tell the truth. Fellow cast-mate Kyle Richards seemed to be confused by the entire matter when she said, “Is a cease and desist to silence someone or to say you have to tell the truth? I think a cease and desist is like, ‘Don’t talk.'”

Brandi, meanwhile, alleges that she and Denise hooked up during a meeting with their agent at a restaurant in Malibu two years ago. Brandi was supposed to give her advice before Denise joined the show, but says they supposedly made out in the bathroom instead.
