The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Friday, October 2, tease that Rey Rosales (Jordi Vilasuso) will arrive at Sharon Newman’s (Sharon Case) house with the news that he’s been asked to investigate Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) in cooperation with the Kansas authorities. Rey will gather that Sharon had been helping Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) deal with his killing of AJ Montalvo the he was a boy.

Sharon and Rey will discuss the situation, and neither will want it to come between them. Rey will think that Adam should be in prison many times over, but Sharon will think that there’s good in Adam and that what he went through as boy affected him and how he acted in the future.

The Young and the Restless Spoilers: Victor Newman Threatens Victoria Newman’s Position At Newman Enterprises

Next on Y&R, Victor and Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) will argue over at Newman Enterprises about Victoria’s decision to help Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) with the exposé on Adam. Victor will blast his daughter, and he’ll wonder if Victoria considered the consequences on the family, such as on Faith Newman (Alyvia Alyn Lind). Victoria will claim that she didn’t realize that Billy would go so far. Victor will balk.

Victoria will fume at Victor about how he always gives Adam a pass, and that because of her actions, the company will never go back to Adam. Victoria will also say that Victor is too focused on his damaged son, which will infuriate Victor. Victor will threaten to demote Victoria and strip her of everything if the exposé ends up doing damage to Newman Enterprises.

Y&R Spoilers: Elena Dawson Has A Devastating Nightmare

Meanwhile, over at Devon Hamilton’s (Bryton James) penthouse, Elena Dawson (Brytni Sarpy) will wake up from a nightmare about Amanda Sinclair (Mishael Morgan) and Devon falling in love. Devon will awaken Elena, and she’ll be reeling from the dream when Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) calls needing her help at the clinic. Elena will take off to help Nate.

At Society, Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson) and Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) will discuss the exposé about Adam for a while, and then talk will turn to the “teardrop of love” necklace that Dina Mergeron (Marla Adams) wore in the home movie. Ashley will surprise Jack by saying that she knows the legend of the necklace, and that Victor mentioned it to her a long time ago.

At the bar, Devon will approach to see Amanda sitting alone. Devon will sit down, and Amanda will want to apologize for all the feelings and emotions that she’s brought up for Devon. Devon will tell Amanda that she doesn’t need to apologize, and he’ll say that the memories and old feelings definitely don’t change the present.

Young And The Restless Spoilers Updates: Passion Erupts Between Nate Hastings & Elena Dawson

Next on Y&R, Nate and Elena will be stunned when someone walks in the clinic and collapses on the floor. Elena will recognize the young man as Jared (Michael Maclane), and she and Nate will quickly realize that Jared has overdosed. Elena and Nate will frantically work to save Jared, who will ultimately wake up and be ok. Jared will say that things have been difficult since his grandfather died.

After securing Jared in an ambulance, Nate and Elena will be emotionally drained from the experience of helping him. Elena will say that Jared now has a chance at a new start, and that he came to the clinic because he knew he’d be cared for by people he could trust. Elena and Nate will start to feel an attraction and closeness to each other, and Elena will get uncomfortable and leave the room.

After Elena walks into an exam room, Nate will follow, but he’ll wonder if Elena would rather be alone. Elena will hesitate, but then she’ll want Nate to stay. Elena and Nate will kiss passionately.

Billy Abbott & Adam Newman Square Off – CBS Soap Opera Spoilers

Over at Chancellor Communications, Adam will face down Billy over the exposé. Billy will gloat over the article, while Adam explains that he was just an 11-year-old boy protecting his blind mother from a predator. But Billy will argue that Adam’s all grown up, and that he’s done plenty of horrible things, including running over Delia Abbott (Sophie Pollono). Adam will say that he’ll sue Billy and Chancellor Communications, while Billy threatens to publish a part two of the exposé.

A short while later, Ashely will show up to see Billy. Billy will assume that she came to tell him he made a mistake with the exposé. Ashley will say that she had hoped that Chancellor Communications would be a health outlet for him. Ashley will ask Billy if he’s traded one addiction for another.

Y&R Updates: Sharon Newman Offers Friendship To Adam Newman

Next on Y&R, Sharon will talk with Adam at Crimson Lights. Adam will be concerned about the effect of the exposé on Faith. Sharon will say that Faith is pretending like she’s ok right now. Sharon will tell Adam that he needs to see a professional to help him get through what comes next, and that she can’t be the one who does it. However, Sharon will say that Adam can continue to count on her as a friend.

The Young And The Restless: Summer Newman & Kyle Abbott Decide To Secretly Elope

At the Grand Phoenix, Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) and Summer Newman (Hunter King) will discuss wedding plans. Kyle will want to throw Summer a big wedding, but Summer won’t be into it. That will give Kyle the idea that they run off and get married. Summer will initially reject the idea, but once Kyle says that this has nothing to do with Lola Rosales (Sasha Calle), Summer will be into it.

Summer and Kyle will agree to take off immediately and elope, with Kyle planning the destination and it being a surprise for Summer. Meanwhile, down in the lobby, Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) will be on the phone trying to sell her stock portfolio when Summer arrives to say that she’ll be going out of town for a little while…on business. Phyllis will accuse Summer of acting weird, but Summer will cover, and she’ll take off to go meet Kyle.

Phyllis will go up to her suite, still upset over how she could lose the hotel and how Abby Newman (Melissa Ordway) would love to see her fail. Phyllis will have some sort of realization, then she’ll call Victoria, saying that there is something extraordinary that Victoria needs to hear.

Back at Crimson Lights, Kyle and Summer will meet to take off and elope. Summer will note that when they’re back in Genoa City, they’ll be a happily married couple.

Jack Abbott Learns More About Dina Mergeron’s Necklace

Next on Y&R, over at the Newman Ranch, Jack will quiz Victor about the “teardrop of love” that Dina once had. Victor will say that John Abbott (Jerry Douglas) bought the necklace for Dina on the black market long ago, but that it was stolen when Dina left her family for Paris. Victor will reveal that he wanted to purchase the necklace, but that someone else beat him to it.

Victor will say that the company that ended up purchasing the necklace was a holding company called “Bohdi.” Jack will thank Victor for the information, and he’ll be more determined than ever to get to the bottom of where the necklace is now.
