Plus, Thomas is Steffy’s brother, so what’s the deal? Actor Matthew Atkinson explained to Soap Opera Digest that Thomas is thinking about the situation from a father’s perspective.

“It’s an interesting development because Thomas has a major issue with how Liam treats women. However, Liam is worried about Steffy, and Steffy is the most important person in Thomas’ life. Being a father changes your life and from that perspective, father to father, there is an understanding. He can see why Liam would be concerned when his child is in the mix.”

B&B Spoilers – Hope Logan’s Orphanage

Even though Liam and Hope live in a tiny cabin on the Logan-Forrester property, they somehow find room for all these children they keep bringing in. They already have one child, Beth Spencer (Madeline Valdez and River Davison). Then, Hope just had to have Thomas’ son, Douglas Forrester (Henry Joseph Samiri).

Now, they are looking after Kelly but promised to give her back when Steffy was better. However, it seems that instead of listening to addiction treatment specialists or an actual medical doctor, “Lope” might not want to give Kelly back. While we get that Thomas is thinking like a father, he should also remember that “Lope” is what drove Steffy to drugs in the first place.
