5 Freaky ‘Days of Our Lives’ Weekly Spoilers: Ben’s Shocking Ciara Vision – Orpheus, Clyde & Rolf’s Blackout Schemes

NBC Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers preview for the week in Salem of October 19-23 teases that a blackout will strike and leave Salem stuck in the dark. It turns out this blackout will be intentional and will allow three fugitives to roam free. Orpheus (George DelHoyo), Clyde Weston (James Read), and Dr. Wilhelm Rolf (William Utay) will escape, so let’s talk about the trouble these three will cause once everyone in Salem has lost power.

#1 Orpheus Threatens Marlena Evans

For starters, Orpheus will threaten Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) into pulling off a plan to help Evan Frears aka Christian Maddox (Brock Kelly). Days of Our Lives spoilers say Evan is at Bayview now, so Orpheus will catch Marlena off guard with his arrival and ultimately reveal his intentions. Orpheus will be determined to free his son, so he’ll warn Marlena to call for Evan’s immediate release.

Orpheus will have an alliance with Clyde, so they should be keeping in touch and pitching in on plots for each other. It’ll be a mutually beneficial arrangement, but Clyde will make time for his own son during all the chaos. Ben Weston (Robert Scott Wilson) will want to avenge Ciara Brady Weston’s (Victoria Konefal) death by killing Vincent Belman (Michael Teh), but Clyde will do his best to stop him.

#2 Ciara Brady Returns For A Shocking Vision

Days Of our Lives spoilers say Ciara will also return for a shocking vision, so that’ll bring some emotional moments for Ben soon enough. As for Dr. Rolf, he’ll be off doing his own thing at the DiMera mansion. Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) will be taken aback by Dr. Rolf’s sudden appearance – especially after Rolf pulls a gun on him!

It looks like Dr. Rolf may bring a surprising dilemma for Gwen Rizczech (Emily O’Brien) and stir up some suspicions for Chad in the process. Over with Belle Black (Martha Madison), she’ll get an unpleasant surprise of her own when Jan Spears (Heather Lindell) sneaks in the house for a confrontation. It’ll bring some terrifying moments and an attempted attack as Jan threatens to hurl something at Belle.

#3 Claire Brady Is On A Mission

Shawn Brady (Brandon Beemer) and Eli Grant (Lamon Archey) will have their hands full with police work, but Claire Brady (Isabel Durant) will be on a mission of her own. Charlie Dale (Mike C. Manning) will get trapped at the Titan office during the blackout, so Claire will save the day and have some fun with Charlie in the process.

DOOL’s latest promo also features a shot of the new Jennifer Horton Deveraux. Melissa Reeves last aired in the role on October 13, so Cady McClain will make her debut on October 30 according to Soap Opera Digest. It looks like the preview video’s just skipping ahead a bit to cover all of the blackouts, which will air well into the following week.

#4 Tony/Andre DiMera Drama

There’s also a shot of Thaao Penghlis in the promo, which brings the potential for some Tony DiMera or Andre DiMera drama. Before the blackout goes down, Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) will also confront Philip Kirakis (Jay Kenneth Johnson) after catching him on the phone. Brady will be curious about Philip’s secret partner and what they’re cooking up against Xander Kiriakis (Paul Telfer).

#5 Xander Cook And Sarah Horton Flirt

As for Xander, he’ll continue sparring with Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey) until the tension lifts for now. Sarah and Xander will end their confrontation on a flirty, fun note – but more conflict is brewing since Sarah and Philip will eventually bond in the dark.
