General Hospital Spoilers Tuesday, October 27: Carly Struggles To Recall Nelle’s Necklace – Chase Corners Lying Sasha – Dustin & Dante Tension

ABC General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Tuesday, October 27, tease that Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) will notice a huge difference in Sasha Gilmore’s (Sofia Mattsson) mood. After a drug boost, Sasha will have perked up considerably on Tuesday. In fact, Sasha should be over-the-top happy – and that’ll concern Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) later.

GH fans can expect Chase to corner Sasha and wonder what’s up with her bizarre mood swings. Chase may worry that drugs are the culprit or even spot a baggie that Sasha drops. Whatever the case, Sasha will try to lie her way out of this confrontation, but Chase won’t stand for it. He’ll want Sasha to come clean, but she obviously won’t be willing to admit she has a problem or change her behavior.

General Hospital Spoilers – Curtis Ashford Meets With Nina Reeves

Next, Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) will meet with Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) again. Although Curtis had some doubts about trying to find Phyllis Caulfield, he won’t want to bail on Nina in her time of need. Curtis will insist that he can be charming when he wants something, so he might plan to put his charm to good use in the Phyllis hunt.

If Curtis can talk to the right people and get a little more information, he’ll be well on his way to reuniting Nina with her former nurse – the one who also had the pendant separated into two pieces. General Hospital viewers know one pendant half wound up with Nelle Benson Jerome (Chloe Lanier), who was wearing it when she lost her grip and fell off the cliff edge.

Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) doesn’t recall Nelle wearing that necklace yet, but she seems to be trying to. Carly recently mentioned feeling like there was something she was supposed to remember. On Tuesday, Carly will bring that up to Jasper “Jax” Jacks (Ingo Rademacher) and assume it had something to do with Nelle’s fall.

Jax may think Carly’s just stressed and creating more drama for herself. He may not think it’s a big deal, but Carly won’t be able to shake this memory she needs to summon. Although Carly may not be able to do that in Tuesday’s episode, she should experience total necklace recall eventually!

GH Spoilers – Bottled Emotions

As for Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton), he’ll think it’s time to address the things that haven’t been saying. There are a lot of bottled up emotions when it comes to Finn and Jackie Templeton’s (Kim Delaney) complex relationship. Jackie may not be keen on rehashing ancient history, but Finn may think it’s necessary if they’re going to move forward.

There’s a good chance Finn and Jackie had some sort of romantic entanglement before she married Gregory Chase (Gregory Harrison), but we’ll see if and when that might be revealed. At the lab, Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) will talk to Kevin Collins (Jon Lindstrom) and push him to help her get Peter August (Wes Ramsey) answers once and for all.

General Hospital Spoilers – Kevin Collins Agrees To Use Cesar Fasion’s Brain

Whether Kevin agrees to use Cesar Faison’s (Anders Hove) brain info or not, Anna will find out the truth before the week’s over. Until then, Dustin Phillips (Mark Lawson) will tell Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) that they should get to know each other. Since Dante is the kids’ father and Dustin is the new man in Lulu Spencer’s (Emme Rylan) life, Dustin may think there’s hope to be a blended family.

Dante will look agitated and even a bit suspicious of Dustin, but he may try to keep things polite. Lulu will be stuck in the middle of all this, so there’s bound to be some awkwardness! We’ll give you updates as other GH news emerges.
