Mona Wilson’s Gamble
Beyond the Gates for the week of August 3-7 reveals that Mona Wilson, played by Karan Kendrick, will get more time on the canvas. In fact, she’ll be looking to save Randy Parker’s soul, played by Maurice P. Kerry!
As per the weekly promo for the CBS soap, Mona will head to Joey Armstrong’s (Jon Lindstrom) casino, looking to hustle the man. Mona believes that Randy is a ‘good guy’ caught in a tough situation, and it sounds like she’s going to take that extra step to see if she can help him.
The preview video also shows Mona and Randy spending time together at Orphey Genes, and it seems as if the two will get even closer!
A clip shows Mona touching Randy’s hand, so just how far will these two go? Mona will attempt to ‘hustle’ Joey during the Monday, August 3 episode.
In other casting news, Heather Armstrong arrives back in the DMV during the week of August 3-7, as Ashley Jones gets more airtime.

In fact, Heather will attempt to befriend Vanessa McBride (Lauren Buglioli) and Dani Dupree (Karla Mosley) during the Friday, August 7 episode.
More Casting Notes
Beyond the Gates spoilers imply that fans will see more of Bill Hamilton’s (Timon Kyle Durrett) assistant, Caroline Lee, played by Ellie Wang.
She’ll share scenes with Chelsea Hamilton (RhonniRose Mantilla) during the Tuesday, August 4 episode, as Chelsea attempts to gather intel on Hayley Hamilton (Marquita Goings) and help Bill through yet another medical crisis during the August 7 show.
In addition, Tyrell Richardson, played by Jaden Lucas Miller, will be seen during the Wednesday, August 5 show when things don’t go as planned for the young man.
