Beyond The Gates Comings & Goings August 4-8: Y&R Crossover Fun, Motherly Advice, Henchman Returns

Y&R’s Devon Hamilton-Winters’ Crossover

Beyond the Gates spoilers for the week of August 4-8 imply The Young and the Restless’ Devon Hamilton-Winters, played by Bryton James, will appear in a crossover storyline – the first one for the new CBS soap opera, in the days ahead.

It looks like Devon will be linked somehow to the Articulettes reunion concert, so will Winters offer music contracts to Anita Dupree (Tamara Tunie), Tracy Tyler (Maria Howell), and Sharon Winger (Bonita Brisker)?

Speaking of, Carlton Fitzgerald, played by Robert Christopher Riley, will appear next week, and fans will see him in scenes with Nicole Richardson (Daphnee Duplaix), as he asks her out for dinner, during the Articulettes reunion concert afterparty.

With that said, Nicole and Carlton will get their flirt on, only to be interrupted by Ted Richardson (Keith D. Robinson), who’s not only Carlton’s business partner but Nicole’s estranged husband.

Motherly Advice

Over to Ashley Morgan (Jen Jacob), who is torn between Andre Richardson (Sean Freeman) and Derek Baldwin (Ben Gavin), her mom will pop back on the canvas to offer some advice.  Expect to see Jan Morgan, played by Jerri Tubbs, appear during the Tuesday, August 5 episode.

Doug McBride Needs A Favor

Lastly, Beyond the Gates spoilers for the week of August 4, note that Maurice P. Kerry will reprise the role of Randy Parker, as his friend, Doug McBride (Jason Graham) recruits him for a scheme.

As fans know, Randy is Joey Armstrong’s (Jon Lindstrom) right-hand man. Finally, Elon Hawothorne, played by Malachi Malik, will also be seen in storylines.

In other news, Jacinte Blakenship, June’s (Jasmine Burke) sister, made her debut on the Monday, June 28 show.
