‘Beyond The Gates’ Preview Week Of April 14: Kat’s Dilemma, Bill Vs. Naomi, Vanessa Admits Feelings

Beyond the Gates spoilers suggest an explosive week ahead in the land of Fairmont Crest. The CBS soap just dropped its April 14-18 preview, and there are some interesting insights for fans to take note of.

Katherine “Kat” Richardson (Colby Muhammad) has a dilemma, while Bill Hamilton (Timon Durrett) has a confrontation with his daughter, Naomi Hamilton Hawthorne (Arielle Prepetit).

Meanwhile, Vanessa McBride (Lauren Buglioli) admits to feelings for a certain casino owner in town!

Katherine “Kat” Richardson’s Dilemma

Beyond the Gates spoilers note that Kat will be celebrating her birthday at the mansion with a huge bash! The entire Dupree fam-jam will be invited, along with Kat’s new beau, Tomas “Tom” Navarro (Alex Alegria).

In fact, during the preview, Kat’s brother, Martin Richarson (Brandon Claybon), brings Tom to the party.

As scenes shift, there’s a clip of some dialogue between Kat and her cousin, Chelsea Hamilton (RhonniRose Mantilla).

They are chatting about the birthday cake, but it looks like there’s a double entendre, as they are seemingly talking about Kat potentially doing the deed with Tom.

But will she cross that line during the week of April 14-18? She seems to be going back and forth on the idea.

Hamilton Versus Hamilton

As scenes shift in the BTG preview for the week of April 14, a clip is shown of Bill and Naomi. Bill implies that “this” has always been a way to get back at him for what he did to her mother, Dani Dupree (Karla Mosley).

He is presumably talking about the lawsuit she is leading with three of his former employees. Naomi lashes back by saying, that is a “load of crap”. She also warns him not to “play” with her as he knows that is not her style!
Speaking of Dani, the next clip in the soap’s preview video is of her with her bestie, Pamela Curtis (Cady McClain).

Dani tells her BFF that she’s heard getting back up after a series of let downs can be a process. She probably means not only her breakup with Bill, but also being fired from the charity board, and being turned down by young Samantha Richardson (Najah Jackson) to be the girl’s modeling manager this past week.

Pamela looks optimistic when she tells Dani, “Lucky for you, I have a proposal to make.”

Vanessa McBride Admits Her Feelings

Across town, Vanessa will be having a chat with her BFF, Nicole Richardson (Daphnée Duplaix), during the Beyond the Gates promo. This is when she admits she’s falling for Joey Armstrong (Jon Lindstrom), and Nicole gives her a disapproving look.

The preview closes with Naomi and Dani seemingly up to no good as they giggle and carry on in the middle of the Dupree mansion when Anita Dupree (Tamara Tunie) interrupts them.

The Dupree matriarch demands to know what kind of trouble they are up to, but she seems to be half-joking, so what will Naomi do to put a smile on her mother’s face?
