‘Beyond The Gates’ Preview Week Of April 7: Andre’s Scandalous Footage Of Ashley, Leslie Bombshell Plans, Anita’s Fear

Beyond the Gates spoilers indicate the preview video for the week of April 7-14 just dropped, and fans need to brace themselves for five days of non-stop drama.

Andre Richardson (Sean Freeman) has scandalous footage of Ashley Morgan (Jen Jacob), while Dana “Leslie” Thomas (Trisha Mann-Grant) reveals plans to drop a bombshell.

Andre Richardson’s Footage

The preview starts off on a fun note, as Dani Dupree (Karla Mosley) is on a stage somewhere when she announces, “And now, what you have all been waiting for, FASHION!”

Her daughter, Naomi Hamilton Hawthorne (Arielle Prepetit) is watching on and applauding in the audience, along with her cousin, Martin Richardson (Brandon Claybon) and his husband, Bradley “Smitty” Smith (Mike Manning), plus, Anita, Vernon Dupree (Clifton Davis), and Nicole Richardson (Daphnée Duplaix).

Things take a turn for the dark when scenes shift in the promo clip to show Andre filming Ashley as she’s at the nurses’ station in the hospital. She quickly walks over to him and sternly states that if he cares about her, he’ll delete the footage right away. What exactly has Andre filmed Ashley doing?

Leslie Thomas’s Bombshell Plan

Across town, the Beyond the Gates preview video for the week of April 7-14 shows a conversation between Leslie and her daughter, Eva Thomas (Ambyr Michelle), in their apartment.

Lesle throws a wad of cash Eva’s way and states that she’ll “lay low” for now and make Ted Richardson (Maurice Benard) think he’s won.

She goes on to state that when Ted least expects it, at the anniversary bash, they’ll make their move. Ted likely threw money Leslie’s way to get her to go away, but that’s not happening any time soon!

Anita Dupree’s Fears

The promo video wraps up with a scene between Anita and Vernon in their home. Anita looks quite stressed as she states, “I have fear, Vernon – fear that this won’t end any other way but terribly.”

Vernon has a look of concern as he embraces his wife from behind. What situation is Anita talking about? Could it be the “secret” they have with their grandson, Martin, or is this about something else?
