Beyond the Gates spoilers for the Monday, March 3 show confirm what some fans were thinking: Eva is the unknown biological daughter of Kat’s father, Ted Richardson (Maurice Johnson).
Still, even though Dana “Leslie” Thomas (Trisha Mann-Grant) made it seem as if he abandoned both her and Eva when he learned she was pregnant, this may not be the case.
Despite that, both Leslie and Eva have a huge revenge plan and now that Eva is working as the Richardson family’s assistant, she’ll be able to start planting the seeds of this scheme.
Will Kat notice some red flags with Eva? Will she tell her parents? Then again, she could catch Eva doing something sketchy. How will Eva react if she gets caught?

Things Will Get Worse Before They Get Better
Eva and Leslie’s scheme will eventually be revealed, and the young woman’s true paternity, as well. Will Leslie’s lies be exposed, too? It’s hard to believe that Ted would abandon a child and skirt any responsibilities, as he seems to be a good man.
Still, Eva and Kat’s rivalry will start in the house as the “spoiled” rich Richardson daughter rubs the “working assistant” illegitimate sister the wrong way; however, things will get messier when Eva’s scheme is exposed, whether she regrets what she’s done or not.
The animosity of Kat being the daughter that grew up in the lap of luxury, while Eva grew up with Leslie on the wrong side of the tracks, will only grow as time wears on. Just how bad could this rivalry get? Fans will have to tune in to find out!
