Who Will Jordi Vilasuso Be Playing?
While a character name has yet to be revealed, one thing CTS has learned is that Vilasuso’s character will likely be linked to Ashley Morgan (Jen Jacob) in some capacity.
Beyond the Gates released a promo for Season 2, and there’s a preview clip of the two in an affectionate fashion at a bar somewhere.
Ashley’s love life has been a major “whomp whomp” with a failed relationship with firefighter Derek Baldwin (Ben Gavin).
The two were very much in love; however, the spice wasn’t there. With a co-star like Vilasuso, Ashley is sure to experience some much-needed steam where her personal life is concerned.

An official first air date has not been released yet, but the good news is that Vilasuso’s debut should be quite soon.
As mentioned, he’ll enter the canvas during the soap’s next season, and as fans know that Season 2 will officially be released as of this Friday, January 2, it won’t be long until we see Vilasuso’s character enter storylines.
Vilasuso is a seasoned soap opera veteran with stints on the Y&R from 2018 to 2022, as well as Days of Our Lives (DOOL), playing Dario Hernandez from 2016 to 2017.
The actor started his soapy career on the Guiding Light, playing Tony Santos from 2000 to 2003, and was also on All My Children (AMC) in the role of Griffin Castillo (on and off) from 2010 to 2013.
Vilasuso won a Daytime Emmy Award for Outstanding Younger Actor in a Drama Series category in 2003 for his Tony Santos character.
