Anita Dupree And Vernon Dupree Struggle
Anita and Vernon struggle to accept their new normal. Anita and Vernon have always been the backbone of their family.
Anita has always tried to make sure her children have everything they need and to hold the in-laws accountable.
Anita and Vernon both try to make sure that her children are in happy relationships and they are not afraid to get in the middle of things if their family has problems.

However, Anita has just told her husband that she has double negative breast cancer, which is harder to treat than other types.
Anita has got to concentrate on her health and she needs Vernon’s help to get through this. Can Vernon and Anita get through the treatments and everything as a unit or will this cancer diagnosis take a toll on their relationship?
Leslie Thomas’ Scandalous Offer
Leslie seems to have her nose in everyone’s business and doesn’t seem to know how to keep her mouth shut. Leslie received money not long ago from her mother.

Leslie has also been using her friendship with Joey to keep her enemies away from her. However, Leslie could have something else up her sleeves now.
What if Leslie wants to take her and Joey’s relationship to the next level? Perhaps Leslie wants a friends with benefits type relationship with Joey to help him with his money laundering operations.
Joey seems to have enough people fighting over him but what if Vanessa wants to be next. Will Joey take her up on her offer?
Dani Dupree and Vanessa McBride Compete
Dani and Vanessa will supposedly compete over the same man. Vanessa currently has a relationship of sorts with Joey. Joey and Vanessa’s relationship is complicated.
Vanessa has admitted that she could be making a mistake by being associated with Joey. However, it seems that things will get a bit complicated when Dani becomes territorial with Andre.
Of course, Dani and Andre’s marriage is what they concern to be open. Will Vanessa and Dani go to their opposite corners with their individual men or will they continue to compete on one man instead?
When is this situation going to grow old for both women so they can move on? What wills these ladies decide after the Christmas holiday season?
