Beyond The Gates Spoilers: New Love Triangle Adds Layer To Eva Vs. Kat Rivalry

Beyond the Gates spoilers imply some major drama on the horizon as the rivalry between Katherine “Kat” Richardson (Colby Muhammad) and Eva Thomas (Ambyr Michelle) heat up.

While fans know the two are sisters, as Eva is the biological daughter of Ted Richardson (Maurice Johnson), Kat is in the dark.

The Dupree grandchild has been suspicious of her mom, Nicole Richardson’s (Daphnée Duplaix), new temporary assistant for the start, and she has some solid spidey-senses as the young woman is up to no good.

Still, the storyline recently added some layers to this feud, by hinting a love triangle could be on the horizon, as well.

Enter, Tomas “Tom” Navarro

During the Tuesday, March 18 episode, Eva and Kat got into a massive confrontation. Still, Eva figured out a way to get under her half-sister’s skin by getting her flirt on with Kat’s love interest, Tomas “Tom” Navarro (Alex Alegria).

Kat and Tom had a nice date last week; however, Kat also confided in Tom that she had never been intimate with a man. Eva’s flirting with Tom was draped in sexual innuendos, so could the Richardson’s assistant from the “other side” of the tracks sway him away from Kat?

Tom does like Kat, but it’s hard to say if he’s the type of person who is looking for a romp in the hay or a real relationship. After all, he is rather chummy with his boss and Fairmont Crest’s resident slimeball, Bill Hamilton (Timon Durrett).

Is A Love Triangle Forming?

At this point, Kat and Tom only went on one date; nothing is tying him to her or anyone else for that matter. So, could Tom add to the animosity between Eva and Kat? Could he show some interest in Eva?

Not only would Eva resent Kat for being the “daughter” that got to grow up in the lap of luxury, with their dad’s full attention, but Kat could resent Eva for “moving in” on her man!
