Beyond the Gates spoilers for Thursday, June 19, reveal some interesting moments in Fairmont Crest. Katherine “Kat” Richardson (Colby Muhammad) has some high hopes, while Naomi Hawthorne Hamilton (Arielle Prepetit) makes a vow to a friend.

Kat Richardson’s High Romantic Hopes

Beyond the Gates spoilers for Thursday, June 19, suggest that Kat will have some high hopes regarding Tomas “Tom” Navarro (Alex Alegria). Is this about their romance, or moving their relationship to the next level? 

Tom proved himself some weeks back when, unbeknownst to him, Kat was under Eva Thomas’s (Ambyr Michelle) hotel bed, eavesdropping on a conversation between him and her half-sister.

He declined Eva’s advances, which scored major points with Kat. Considering he passed this trust test, it’s no wonder Kat has major expectations for Tom, but when will these two hit the sheets anytime soon?

Naomi Hawthorne’s Promise

Across town, Naomi promises June (Jasmine Burke) that she’ll help her recover her most beloved possession.

Of course, during the June 18 show, fans learned that the homeless woman’s tent was raided and a cherished childhood photo of hers was taken – something she holds very dear to her heart. It looks like Naomi will hit the ground running on Thursday’s show to help her friend get this back.

Smitty Smith’s Investigation

In other news, Beyond the Gates spoilers for Thursday imply that Smitty’s investigation could blow up some major secrets in town, including one that hits close to home.

Smitty’s recent interview with Detective Marcel Malone (Darrly W. Handy) regarding a story about his retirement seemed like a fluff piece at first, but there seems to be more to this than meets the eye.

Fans know that Malone is a dirty cop, working for Joey Armstrong (Jon Lindstrom), and Smitty pointed out a photo of Malone at an exclusive yacht club where the shady casino owner was in the background (as he’s part of the same club, too).

Even more interesting was Martin Richardson’s (Brandon Claybon) flashback from his ‘big secret’, which included Malone. Fans are gaining more insight into Martin’s big secret, but still haven’t learned the ins and outs of it yet.

From the sounds of it, Smitty may blow this all out in the open, but will his marriage survive in the aftermath of this truth bomb?
