Beyond the Gates spoilers for Thursday, September 17, indicate that Bradley “Smitty” Smith (Mike Manning) will spiral as Vernon Dupree (Clifton Davis) grills someone.

Smitty Smith Is Cornered

Beyond the Gates spoilers for Thursday, September 17, suggest that things won’t look good for Smitty, and it sounds like this is about Lia Whitmore’s (Cecelia Specht) passing.

Smitty will feel very cornered, so the good news is that Martin Richardson (Brandon Claybon) and Naomi Hawthorne (Arielle Prepetit) will rush to his side.

Still, what will the ramifications surrounding this all be for not only Smitty, but Martin, and potentially the rest of the Duprees?

Fans will have to tune in to find out! Meanwhile, Bill Hamilton (Timon Kyle Durrett) will find himself way over his head!

Vernon Dupree’s Grill Session

Across town, Dani Dupree (Karla Mosley) and Andre Richardson (Sean Freeman) will visit Vernon and Anita Dupree (Tamara Tunie) on the cusp of the Seoul getaway. Dani will have a gift for her mom, while Vernon will grill Andre.

With that said, Vernon will have good intentions with this, as the father-in-law will prompt his son-in-law to bear his soul.

It sounds like Vernon will pick up on Andre’s worries and want to help. Still, it’s very unlikely that Andre will open up to Vernon, as his ex, Heather Armstrong (Ashley Jones), is what’s plaguing his mind!

Marcel Malone’s Unexpected Words

Speaking of prompting, Beyond the Gates spoilers for Thursday, September 17, note that Leslie Thomas (Trisha Mann-Grant) will get Marcel to say something shocking. Will the man admit just how much he loves/cares for her?

It’ll be music to Leslie’s ears!
