Not only did Leslie reveal a hidden affair with Ted that occurred decades ago, but she also exposed an illegitimate offspring from their ‘romance’, Eva Thomas (Ambyr Michelle).

Entertainment Weekly (EW) recently talked to Trisha Mann-Grant, Daphnée Duplaix, Ambyr Michelle, along with Head Writer and Showrunner, Michele Val Jean, about this major BTG storyline.
From the sounds of it, while the anniversary bash was huge, there are far more fireworks ahead.

While she does play Nicole, Duplaix told EW that she can understand where the Leslie character is coming from.
The actress notes that Leslie is a hurt and scorned woman who got left to raise a child on her own, living paycheck to paycheck. Duplaix seems to understand the anger and frustration.
However, this doesn’t mean that Nicole will give Leslie a pass. Especially with the way Leslie spilled the beans about her and Ted. She messed with Nicole’s family, and the doctor won’t roll over on this.
Trisha Mann-Grant’s Warning
Mann-Grant piped in and jokingly warned, “Honey, you ain’t seen nothing yet, because there is a scene down the road. She (Nicole) is going to let me have it!”

The actress goes on to state, “I have a feeling that everybody’s going to stand up off their couches and their chairs and cheer when they see this moment that we have together. Because she has finally had enough of me. She’s like, ‘I’m over it. And you are going down.’”
Yikes! Nicole may be nice, kind, and well-spoken, but it doesn’t look like she’ll hold back when she gets the opportunity to put Leslie in her place!
