The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers reveal there are three must-see moments for the week of April 21, 2025. Fans can expect Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) to refuse to believe he’s dying.

Eric Forrester (John McCook) boasts about a little mystery and a little magic at the fashion show. Fans will also see special appearances by Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag.

Steffy Forrester Finnegan’s Decision

After John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) sits down with Steffy, she will learn details about the new diagnosis. At first, doctors thought that Liam would be just fine. However, neurologists found a mass and it’s inoperable. 

Steffy will tell Finn that she needs to be the one to tell Liam the news. Although Steffy isn’t a doctor or medically trained, the news might be easier coming from her. At least, that is probably what is going through Steffy’s mind.

Liam Spencer’s Refusal

When Steffy tells Liam the news, he will be in shock. At some point, Liam starts going into total denial. In a preview clip, he says he will not accept this death sentence.

Fans have seen characters react in similar ways to deadly diagnoses. Eric Forrester (John McCook) is one, who also insisted on keeping his condition a secret, even from his own family. 

It seems that Liam might be headed in a similar direction. Of course, there is also the possibility that Finn finds a cure just as he did with Eric.

Eric Forrester’s Fashion Show

The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers reveal that another must-see moment centers on Eric and the Forrester Creations fashion show. As shutters click in the background, Eric stands with bubbly. Eric talks to Cricket and Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye).

The patriarch gushes about “a little mystery and a little magic.” So, it sounds like there is some kind of mysterious surprise in store. At the fashion show, there will also be special appearances from Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt.

Week of April 21, 2025

There will also be a confrontation between Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) and Taylor Hayes (Rebecca Budig). All that is seen in the preview clip is Taylor busting in on Brooke in what appears to be a dressing room.

If this is at the fashion show, maybe Taylor tries to stop Brooke from showing off her latest lingerie. In any case, expert some drama and heated confrontations!
