For many long years now, it seemed as though the main love triangle in this fictional town of Los Angeles was between Liam Spencer, Hope Logan, and Steffy Forrester. He’s even managed to marry both women, get them pregnant, divorce them, and that starts all over again.

It’s a washed-up love cycle that even has a lot of The Bold and the Beautiful fans wondering how long this can keep going until something – or someone – dries up. Thankfully, Thomas has managed to not only put a little bump into this constant spin cycle but also force everyone involved to re-evaluate this messy and often sticky love triangle they’ve been in.

The Bold and The Beautiful Updates – Thomas Forrester Makes Liam Spencer Fight For His Love

If there’s one thing that we know for certain, it’s that Thomas Forrester might be the one person who can make Liam Spencer step up and fight for what and who he loves. Ever since Thomas and his young son Douglas Forrester reappeared in everyone’s lives following Caroline Spencer’s death, he’s been chasing Liam to know end. Or at least, Liam feels like he’s being chased.

With Thomas now in the fold, he’s made Liam realize that he truly loves Hope and that she is worth fighting for, despite the fact that she might be suffering from a major case of Stockholm syndrome. Yes, Hope loves Liam in return, but she just can’t escape Thomas and the clutch he has on her life right now.

Steffy Forrester Might Be Benefiting From Her Brother’s Mischief

Of course, Liam is not the only person who has been forced to reassess many of the important things in his life right now. There’s also Steffy Forrester in the picture too and yes, she might be benefitting from her brother’s mischief. After B&B Thomas managed to orchestrate that kiss between Liam and Steffy with Hope as their eyewitness, Steffy couldn’t help but feel a little ‘something’ for her ex. Sure, Liam’s heart belongs to Hope Logan, but there’s no denying that he makes a pretty solid team with the beautiful brunette too, right?

B&B Spoilers – Thomas Forrester And His Hidden Agenda

Let’s face it: Thomas Forrester of today is definitely not the same Thomas Forrester as yesterday. He is madly obsessed with Hope Logan, who is a woman that he can’t have, but yearns for in every way possible. The only way for him to have someone like Hope is if he upends everyone’s lives in that process. And that’s exactly what Thomas has managed to do this past year.

Not only did his love turn murderous at times, but he’s so hellbent on making sure that Hope Logan becomes his forever Mrs. Forrester that he’s drugged, manipulated and brainwashed many people. And just to think, he’s only getting started, too.

Is There Still Hope For The Future Left?

While there are a lot of people who just want Thomas Forrester to give Hope Logan a rest already, that might not happen anytime soon. In fact, there’s a strong possibility that Thomas will not only continue to pursue Hope but that she will eventually tire from all of the emotional carnage he’s created so far and just ‘give in’ to Thomas and his constant needs and demands.

For Liam Spencer, this will only prompt him to not just fight harder, but also go ‘dark’ so to speak. In other words, Thomas is certainly going to meet his match when Liam starts to turn the tide on him and becomes just as wicked and evil as he is.
