The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers reveal that Zende Forrester (Delon de Metz) turned down Katie Logan Spencer (Heather Tom) when she offered him a job working with Hope Logan Spencer (Annika Noelle) at Logan.

Eric Forrester (John McCook) promised Zende the moon to get him to stay at the family company.

However, Eric’s words have once again fallen flat, and Zende walked out the door.

Eric Forrester’s Promises Mean Nothing

When Eric learned that Zende had talked to Katie about a job at Logan, he pleaded with Zende to stay at Forrester Creations.

Eric played the grandson card, promised Zende that things would be different, and assured him that he would be listened to.

However, Eric has once again lied and shown his true colors.

Zende has pointed out more than once that Ridge Forrester’s (Thorsten Kaye) family are the only ones that matter at Forrester.

Zende truly believed that Eric was going to stand up for him this time and make sure that his feelings were considered.

However, Zende has played this game before and should have known that the Forresters will never change.

Zende Forrester Defends Melissa Dylan

Electra Forrester (Laneya Grace) and RJ Forrester (Brayan Nicoletti) insisted that Melissa Dylan (Sydney Bullock) be fired from Forrester Creations for delivering a message to Zende.

That message finally led Zende to talk things out with Hope.

Zende defended Dylan against the lies that RJ and Electra continued to spin, to no avail.

Ridge insisted that Dylan had to go, and that was the final straw for Zende.

Once Eric refused to back him, it was done.

Zende was furious, packed up his stuff and walked out the door.

Despite Eric’s pleas to stay, Zende told him nothing had changed.

With that, he took his belongings and left, telling Eric he would always love him.

Zende Forrester Needs A New Start

Zende has been disrespected at Forrester for years now, and it is time for him to leave and not look back.

Zende has never had a fair shake at Forrester Creations, and he knows he never will.

Zende is not willing to sit back, be given an office in the basement and be treated like his uncles who have come before him.

Zende may be happy to be a Forrester, but he obviously is not valued at Forrester Creations.

Now that Zende is gone, will Eric realize that he needs to make a change before it is too late for Forrester Creations?

Will Eric finally admit to Ridge’s favoritism toward his family and force him to change his actions before Forrester Creations goes broke?

I think Zende made the right decision by walking away.

How many times is Eric going to promise things will change, only to stand back and let Ridge do whatever he wants?

Zende deserves better than being treated like an afterthought in his own family’s company.

And if Katie gives him the opportunity he’s been waiting for, Ridge may discover just how valuable Zende really is!
