The Bold And The Beautiful spoilers for Thursday, December 29 reveal that Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) vows to prosecute Taylor Hayes (Krista Allen) if Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) prosecutes Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown). Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) and Wyatt Spencer (Darin Brooks) search for Bill at his house.

Liam and Wyatt wonder why Bill would be out in this storm. Liam explains that his daughter is with Hope Spencer (Annika Noelle). Liam sees why Bill feels the way he does. Liam says that something inside Bill has changed.

Wyatt wonders why Bill is pushing them away. Wyatt says Bill is hiding something. Liam asks what Bill could be hiding. Wyatt assumes Liam is the last person who talked to Bill. Liam tells Wyatt that Katie Logan (Heather Tom) and Carter Walton (Lawrence Saint-Victor) are getting pretty close.

Liam believes that Bill thought he would be with Katie or Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang). Wyatt tries to call and gets voicemail. Liam finds an earring in the couch. Liam then finds a wig. Liam shows Wyatt the photo of Sheila. Wyatt thinks Sheila has kidnapped Bill.

The Bold And The Beautiful spoilers indicate Steffy begs Bill to explain why he is doing this. Steffy thought Bill cared about her and her family. Bill says Taylor tried to kill him. Steffy begins to explain to John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) what happened that night. Steffy accuses Bill of waiting until the right time to hurt his family. Bill doesn’t want to hurt anyone. Bill wants his pain to stop. Bill says it takes a monster to help a monster. Bill talks about no one being there when he was shot.

Bill was determined to bury the old Bill but he was still not worthy. Steffy tells Bill if he wants to be better, then he needs to be better. Bill is siding with the one person who understands. Steffy accuses Bill of wanting revenge. Bill and Sheila kiss. Finn begs Bill to let them call the cops. Bill is tired of having his heart broken. Finn tries to tell Bill that he is not the enemy. Steffy wonders how Bill could want to be with Sheila.

Bill says Sheila is the one person he cannot hurt. Steffy tells Bill that Sheila is pure evil. Sheila says Bill wants peace. Steffy tells Bill he is turning his back on this family. Bill will not be alone again. Bill will not allow Steffy to take Sheila from him.

Steffy cannot believe that Bill would do this to her. Bill says Taylor will spend the rest of her life in prison unless Sheila remains free.
