B&B Recap And Spoilers Thursday, July 21: Bill Finds Li Alive, Ridge Declares Mike Guilty, Finn Demands Truth

The Bold And The Beautiful John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) tells Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown) that she lied. Finn says Li Finnegan (Naomi Matsuda) saved him and demands to know where she is. Taylor Hayes calls Steffy Forrester but she doesn’t answer.

Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) and Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) can’t reach Steffy either. Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) meets Wyatt Spencer (Darin Brooks) for dinner. Wyatt is digging the father/son time. Wyatt asks about Bill and Katie Logan (Heather Tom).

The Bold and The Beautiful Bill says nothing is going on with him and Katie. Bill is trying not to focus on his lack of progress. Bill says they learned that life is too short to dwell on it. Bill says his three boys help him to grow and recognize what is important. Wyatt will figure this out one day when he has kids. Bill wishes he had been there to help Steffy. Wyatt offers to pay, but Bill says no. Bill thanks Wyatt for suggesting the place. Bill goes outside and hears a woman moaning. Bill asks if she needs help and Li turns around to face him.

B&B: Ridge Forrester Knows Mike Guthrie Is Guilty

The Bold And The Beautiful Ridge tells Taylor and Thomas about Mike Guthrie (Ken Hanes). Ridge and Taylor say that Mike is helping Sheila. Thomas asks questions about Mike and Sheila. Steffy’s doctor calls Taylor with news about Steffy. The doctor tells Taylor that Steffy is struggling and has checked herself into the mental health facility. Taylor wants to speak to Steffy but she isn’t allowed. The doctor promises to keep them updated. Steffy is receiving excellent care. Ridge says this is all because of Sheila.

The Bold And The Beautiful Finn says Li would not leave him and demands to know what Sheila did with her. Sheila wants to escape but she wanted to find Finn. Sheila thought she would get answers when she tracked Li down. Sheila found Finn instead of his grave. Sheila tells Finn why she came looking for him. Sheila had to get to his final resting place. Finn demands to know what happened to Li. Sheila said Li was afraid of what she would uncover.

Sheila says he heard the equipment that was keeping him alive. Sheila says she was relieved that he was alive. Sheila says she tried to convince Li to take him to the hospital. Sheila says Finn work up. Finn wants to know why he doesn’t remember Li being there. Sheila was thankful for Li saving Finn.

Finn demands to know why Li isn’t there now. Sheila tells Finn that Li said she was their son. Sheila said Li offered to let her help with Finn. Li lied to her. Sheila says Li betrayed her. Sheila wants to know why everyone makes her do things she regrets. Finn asks Sheila what she did to his mother. Sheila tells Finn that Li lost control of her car and went into the water. Finn demands to know if Li is dead, and Sheila says yes.
