B&B recap for Tuesday, July 16 reveal that at Forrester Creations, the office talks about Il Giardino. Steffy, Hope Logan (Annika Noelle), Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye), and Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) talk about the restaurant deaths. Steffy thinks that one person should be interrogated first… Sheila.

Hope is positive that Deacon just wants the truth. Brooke and Steffy remind Hope of everything Sheila has done and is capable of. Ridge agrees that it can’t be a coincidence. Hope agrees with Ridge’s statement.

Brook thinks Deacon needs to admit that he was inviting chaos by being with Sheila. Hope wonders about the motive. Steffy doesn’t have any idea, but still insists Sheila is guilty. Steffy says this time, Sheila will pay. With that, Steffy marches out of the office.

Hope remembers Deacon and Sheila’s wedding. Hope snaps out of it and tells Brooke how heartbreaking this situation is all around. Ridge insists this has to be Sheila’s doing, even if Deacon can’t be convinced of it.

B&B Recap: Morgue Revelations

Over at the morgue, Li tells Finn and Poppy about the toxicology results. Hollis died from the same poison given to Tom. Now, half the dialogue mentions drugs but the other half says poison.

While drugs can be poison, medically and scientifically, those are two separate things. So, which one is it? Were they poisoned or given drugs?

Moving on, Li says she knows who killed Tom and Hollis. Li looks at Poppy and says, “You know exactly who I’m talking about.” Now, does Poppy know Sheila better than we think?

I thought they just met once at the restaurant, but Li is talking to Poppy like she should know all about Sheila. Poppy knows ABOUT Sheila, but that’s different from actually knowing someone.

Finn admits that the thought of Sheila doing this has crossed his mind. Li is relieved. Poppy adds that Sheila must be the prime suspect. Finn points out that there is an overdose crisis right now.

Li knows this, but also tells Finn that Sheila tried to murder them both. Finn says it’s worth looking into. 

Li decides to confront Sheila at the restaurant. Finn wants to go with Li, but she says no. Li reasons that Steffy ordered Finn to stay away from Sheila.

Steffy arrives at that moment and demands answers about Hollis. So many medical and police protocol mistakes on this show, geez.

Anyhoo, Li tells Steffy all about the toxicology results, even though she’s not police, medical staff, a lawyer, or related to Hollis.

Li Immediately tells Steffy that Sheila murdered Hollis and Tom. Finn chimes in that is just Li’s interpretation. Steffy ignores Finn’s clarification and declares Sheila is guilty. Li nods.

At the restaurant, Deacon is on the phone. It turns out it’s a reporter. It’s not good for the restaurant. More importantly, Deacon wants answers.

Sheila tells Deacon that sometimes, people make bad decisions that have bad outcomes. Deacon brings up that they still don’t know how Hollis died.

Deacon wanted the place to be an oasis, but now it’s a nightmare. Sheila hugs Deacon. Even though Deavon suspects someone is behind the deaths, Sheila insists it’s tragic, but not murder.
