Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) asks John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) about Eric Forrester’s (John McCook) condition.

The Bold And The Beautiful Recap – Ridge Forrester Is Extremely Grateful

Finn explains that Eric is meeting all of his markers so far. Finn believes that Eric will be back to his old self but it could take a month or two, maybe more. Finn knows that Ridge has been through enough.

Ridge was forced to be Eric’s power of attorney. Ridge says it should have been easier on paper, just let him go in peace. Then Finn came up with this procedure and that makes him the man who saved his father’s life.

Finn doesn’t know what he would have done in Ridge’s situation. Ridge says sometimes it is kinder to let a patient go. Ridge says Eric was gone, he was ready to go.

Ridge was ready to let Eric go but Steffy, Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang), and Bridget Forrester (Ashley Jones) all talked Ridge into changing his mind.

Finn says Eric is in the Christmas spirit and Ridge heard that. Finn wanted to do this for the family, he wanted it for Steffy as well. Finn had to try to save Eric and so far it is going well.

Steffy continues to push Hope telling her she is fanning the flames. Thomas tells Hope to leave and let him talk to Steffy.

Thomas asks if Steffy is trying to ruin his and Hope’s relationship. Steffy hates to put them on the spot. Thomas tells Steffy that Hope was married before.

This is Hope and Thomas’ chance to be together. Thomas is willing to wait. Thomas tells Steffy that she doesn’t realize how intimate he and Hope have been lately.

Thomas wants Steffy to allow them to be happy together. Thomas tells Steffy that he and Hope have been very intimate for the past few months.

Thomas says Steffy doesn’t have to be supportive but she needs to back off. Finn arrives and tells Thomas to back off, he doesn’t speak to Steffy that way.

Hope is in the office when Ridge arrives. Hope asks how Eric is doing. Ridge says he thanked Finn for saving Eric. Hope tells Ridge that Steffy put her and Thomas on the spot once again.

Hope says the kids are doing well and so are they. Hope is afraid if people keep pushing, things are going to go badly.
