B&B Spoilers And Recap Wednesday, February 16: Ridge Turns To His Other Family, Brooke Does Damage Control

The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers and recap reveal that Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) and Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) predict the downfall of their father’s marriage. Ridge Forrester’s (Thorsten Kaye) kids don’t see how he could forgive Brooke Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang) for boozing it up and making out with Deacon Sharpe (Sean Kanan).

B&B Spoilers – Brooke badmouthed

Ridge shocks his family when he shows up with a bloody face. He says Deacon didn’t sleep with Brooke, but Deacon got what was coming to him. Steffy wonders if Brooke got what was coming to her. Steffy can’t understand why Ridge would tell Brooke he still loved her.

Steffy and Thomas come down hard on their father—he can’t let Brooke get away with it. They pester Ridge to hold Brooke accountable for betraying him with his enemy.

Taylor chides her kids for putting their dad on the spot. The kids ignore Taylor’s warning to give Ridge space and continue to badmouth Brooke.

What hurt Ridge the most was that Brooke didn’t throw Deacon under the bus. Brooke made sure Deacon was okay and defended him. Thomas says it’s classic Brooke to break Ridge’s trust and turn on the waterworks. Thomas blasts Brooke and her craving to be worshipped and pursued. She’s always looking for another man and conquest. Steffy says Brooke repaid Ridge’s love by jumping in bed with a man who got her pregnant while he was married to Brooke’s daughter.

Ridge says this time is different, because Brooke cheating with Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) and Deacon is too much. The Forresters breathe a sigh of relief when Ridge says he ended things with Brooke. Steffy says he can be free of Brooke’s toxicity and drama. He can be with the people who love him and will never let him down. Ridge locks eyes with Taylor.

B&B spoilers – Hope comforts Brooke

Hope is livid that Taylor outed Brooke before she had a chance to confess to Ridge. Hope tells her husband that Steffy is rooting for Brooke’s marriage to end. Hope worries when Brooke doesn’t respond. Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) tries to calm Hope.

Brooke returns home defeated. Brooke says she confessed the truth to Ridge but was too late. Taylor beat her to the punch.

Hope tries to put the pieces together as a distraught Brooke gazes at a photo of her and Ridge. She’s heartbroken that she hurt and let him down. Liam says Ridge knows the love in Brooke’s heart for him.

Brooke recounts the fallout to Hope and Liam. Ridge insisted that Deacon spiked her drink but she assured him that it was her fault. She can’t understand the urge to drink in the first place.

Taylor stopped by to gloat after Ridge left. Taylor believes Brooke drank to give herself permission to be with Deacon. Brooke found Ridge attacking Deacon. When Brooke defended Deacon, everything shifted. Ridge said he couldn’t take it anymore and walked out. Brooke fears she’s lost her soulmate forever.

B&B spoilers –Thomas Thomas Interferes

Liam believes Ridge will cool off. Hope guesses that Ridge left Il Giardino and headed straight for his other family. Brooke says Steffy, Thomas, and Taylor will pile on. Brooke leaves Ridge a voicemail, apologizing and refusing to give up their life together. Hope and Liam stand by helpless as Brooke plays damage control.

At the cliff house, Thomas notices a call from “Logan” pop up on Ridge’s phone and covers it with a towel. Steffy begs Ridge to come home to their family where he’s respected and cherished.
