B&B Spoilers: Paris And Zende Together Again

The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers document that Paris Buckingham (Diamond White) arrived at the hospital with Zende Forrester Dominguez (Delon de Metz). Viewers assumed that they drove from work together. They were naturally concerned about Steffy Forrester Finnegan’s (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) condition. They also expressed their shock and sadness about John Finn Finnegan’s (Tanner Novlan) senseless death, and various fans would say, questionable write-out from the show.

However, hardcore fans know that Paris’ mother recently made what came across as a prom demand from the mother of a high school student. Grace Buckingham (Cassandra Creech) forbid Paris from being involved with Carter Walton (Lawrence Saint-Victor). Incredibly, he agreed to the request even though Grace stood and is still standing on soapy, shaky ground.

The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers – Paris Buckingham Avoided Engagement Request

Carter texted Paris with a heads-up in the recent past. He learned through Quinn Fuller (Rena Sofer) that Zende intended to present Paris with the ring Quinn designed for him to give to offer to White’s character.

Carter did not want Paris to get engaged to Zende. Check.

Paris wanted to block Zende from popping the question. So, she used a couple at another table as a dialogue device, telling Zende that she enjoyed her freedom and liked the casualness of their relationship.

B&B Spoilers – Zende Forrester Dominguez Was Not Wrecked

Has Zende looked distraught to viewers since his engagement plan was not executed? No, he has not.

This storyline is arguably thin, based on Zende and Paris not being a real couple and having Carter fall deeply in love with a third woman in approximately a year.

Zende should not be more in love or even as in love with Paris after she has not reciprocated. Yet, de Metz’ character appears to have maintained his feelings.

The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers – Better Drama Ahead In LA?

TPTB have yet to explore the drama that was feared between Carter and Zende if de Metz’ character learned that Paris’ heart is with another man.

Viewers are assuming Zende will revisit how graciously he handled Paris’ sister, Zoe Buckingham (Kiara Barnes), throwing herself at him last year when confronting Carter soon. That would come after the reveal of Paris and Carter being romantically involved before Grace’s block.

Better drama needs to be created between this projected triangle. Having Paris and Zende become involved based on proximity or Paris’ adherence to her mother’s wishes is not enough to generate a compelling storyline. Hopefully, addressed conflict and resolution lie ahead.
