B&B spoilers reveal that head writer Bradley Bell teased fans will see new characters in 2022. Speaking to Soap Opera Digest, the scribe said one is a Forrester Creations employee, whom fans hope will be a new love interest for Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson). The other new character is an unexpected relative.

“This month we meet two new characters, someone’s unexpected relative and a new Forrester Creations employee. Stay tuned!”

B&B Spoilers – Zende Forrester’s Surprise

More recently, Soap Opera Digest confirmed that Zende is responsible for reuniting Paris with a family member. Even though Zoe Buckingham (formerly Kiara Barnes) is a possibility, the head writer said new character and not a new cast member or new face. The magazine reported that Zende has another surprise for Paris and that’s bringing one of her family members to Los Angeles.

“Zende surprises Paris by arranging a visit from a loved one.”

The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers reveal that no character arrives without some kind of drama. Paris most likely reunites with her mother, as it is someone that fans have questioned ever since the social worker’s arrival.

With that being said, Paris has never mentioned her mother, not even once. Paris didn’t even talk about her mother when Steffy Forrester Finnegan (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) was talking about her own mother, Taylor Hayes (Krista Allen), staying in Los Angeles. There must be a reason for this, such as a conflict between the two. So, Zende’s surprise could backfire.

Zende’s proposal was ruined by Carter Walton (Lawrence Saint-Victor). However, it’s a good thing Carter warned Paris or Zende would have been rejected in front of everyone at the restaurant. Zende seems to be moving really fast with Paris, just as Carter did with Zoe. Is there an ulterior motive in Zende’s surprise? Could he hope winning over Paris’ mother might be the key to getting her to accept his marriage proposal?
